I did love this smartphone. It was a great Nokia (probably the last one or almost) there was never suppor from Google (YouTube, GMail, Hangouts, etc) and 3rd Party Apps were never updated, WhatsApp was 100% updated and working like a charm (last update a couple weeks ago) and again probably the last update

this phone, and others devices linked to windows, became obsoletes after 2 years of use, because windows don´t make more downloads when changes plataforms on his products.
Excelent in all ways, but after 2 years you could change this nokia for a Star tac motorola brick

Please disable the Manual lock and set Auto keypad lock in settings, set the time ideally to 1 min or something depending on your convenience.

i do not know how to open my data....it has to be open on-line....tried on some cellfone repair but they cannot...should i go to nokia store?

When I carry Lumia 630 in my pocket, it automatically makes blank calls to many from my contacts making huge bills to me. So I am using a flip cover to solve this problem. The phone is great except this problem. I am using it for the last 27 months.

Anonymous, 14 Nov 2016How get windows 10?Its a very good phone. No front camera though but it is a very handy and useful gadget provided by Nokia. It doesn't update for windows 10 however. But the OS and processor are just beyond your expectations. It never lags/hangs on and it has good colours to choose

I don't know whether you have already solved the problem with earphones. I also thought it was defective, but I found that you need a 3,5 mm TRRS plug (the jack has 4 seperate metal parts) which means that not all 3,5 mm are good (those with the TRS type jack , for example). Hope this helps.
