WP 8.1 works great with 512mb ram then why you need more I'm using it I'm having more than 70 Apps in it...isnt it amazing???
Plus you can have every app running on it even Asphalt 8 Ram is not an issue at all

Give me suggest.Yes no problem so far with it when you receive a call you should lock your screen if you're extra careful but even if I don't call doesn't end or buttons isn't pressed by itself it turns its display off but for sure it doesn't use proximity sensor
