Cortana is available for US phones with the 8.1 update, but I think Cortana is available to Canadian windows phones in the windowsphone 8.1 update, which is an update to the windows phone 8.1 update (confusing, isn't it?).
You may not have gotten that update yet.... go check the OS version that is now running on your phone by going to Settings > about > more information > what is displayed next to "OS version?" Your phone needs to show at least OS version: 8.10.14141.167, 8.10.14147.180, 8.10.14157.200, or 8.10.14176.243 to have Cortana.
You can try changing the phone's regional settings to the US to see if that gives you Cortana now.

Sometimes phone gets restart. On start screen when I scrol up down its break. So plz help me nd my battery down

long battery life. average 7 days- about 20 text per day and 1 episode of anime per day. you can mute threads, block numbers, assign call and text tone to each contact number. very responsive touch screen. average quality camera.

I have installed 15+ games including Asphault 8 and everyday apps but i really feels Windows 8.1 is Stable on this handset. Good battery backup on 3g. I had to compromise for front cam & flash, else its the best.

1. over heating while on voice call
2. bad Bluetooth connectivity with adp stereo headsets
3. main speaker bursts some times while phone rings
4. low battery (as mention 16H) but need to charge 2 times a day :(
5. some times zoom out screen, unable to operate need to remove battery forcibly
