It seems most comments here are half baked coming from persons with little or no knowledge of the product. Even questions and comments are half finished making the exercise fruitless. Better to go to a phone shop and ask questions to the attendants there.

Try to hard reset it will solve the problem for a SHORT PERIOD ONLY. A update MAY repair this bug.
