if it is tone change of a person who calls you then it is not a mobile problem. it is a special HD voice feature in windows phones.
let us know what is the exact problem your mobile have.

I had an audio issue during incoming and outgoing calls. The solution which I get from the internet is hard reseting. So I reset my phone after some time again I am facing the Same problem ...so kindly let me know the problem is only 630 dual sim or 630 also having the same problem ....

Though XL is android capable, one cannot have a complete android experience. The traditional tile interface remains in XL too as of lumia. Yeah true..it is android but the google play store is NOT SUPPORTED in XL. Therefore all the android apps are not there in XL. The Lumia 630 though it is a WP, it comes with the new WP version called WP 8.1 which is better than WP 8. The new WP 8.1 purports some more apps compared to WP 8. Even i have heard that XL has low screen resolution.

This is a great phone. So many of the reviews I have read about it are just plain wrong. As an owner, this does all I need and more. So what attracted me to it?
Reasonable cost...£109 SIM free from Tesco Direct. Immediate connectivity via my WiFi, Giffgaff SIM and Bluetooth in my car.
Clean lines, an excellent bright screen, good photos, fast app connectivity unlike Android Google Play.
Just sold my Samsung Galaxy 2and this phone knocks spots off the slow, laggy Samsung.
Less apps, true, but then it's a Windows phone not an android platform which some users have issues with.....so why did you buy it guys?
Immediate transfer of apps and downloads to your own Micro SD card, and with a card capacity of over 100GB , yes you read that correctly, storage is simply not a problem.
Absolutely DELIGHTED with the phone, and while it might not suit people who just MUST have the most expensive phones, I find it 100% for what it cost, and what it does......AND it's newly released so right up to date.
Go get one is my advice, because I've had far worse phones costing far more

Hi Guys,
I sold my Lumia 630 after used it less than a month.
First, the reason i bought it :
-Excited with the spec and it prices
-Want to try wp
-Like it design
Second, the reason i sold it :
-Bored after used it for few weeks
-wp still has limited apps, can't custome homescreen, widget, themes.
-Not for heavy user, this phone also easly get heat ( near camera area, don't know why? ).
-NO LED Notification blink
that's so far i remembered
Lumia 630 is a good looking phone with 4.5" screen ( the screen resolution maybe small but it's enough and look nice ). I really in love with the keyboard, very easy for typing and swift the words really amazing. I will buy a Lumia mobile someday, lets wp improve their OS to the next level and support more usefull apps.
