It has half the RAM of the lower end 525 and smaller screen, no flash and no front camera like 625,... I'm not sure why Nokia crippled the 630 and 635 this way, but if they also plan to sell them higher than the 625 it would really be a bad idea.
Oh, and the 625 takes 1080p videos with the same specs when these only manage 720p.

These guys are no... moreYou are right about the Windows OS my only beef is the way the system fonts have been setup: they are just too large to the extent that in some windows the text spills beyond the screen.

I suppose this phone is a replacement for the L625 model which has 4.8 inch display. Too bad Nokia has decreased the display size to 4.5 inch in the latest L635

I'm really looking forward to this phone! It's a budget Windows phone that comes in bright eye catching colors. Sure it's not a flagship but for people like me who just want one for the experience, I think it'll be great!

People are Complaining that they should have 1 GB RAM and it will be seller. These guys are not WIndows Users then. Anyone who uses windows phone has better performance then Android. It makes more efficient use of the specs than any device.
I am an Andriod User and My phone lags a lot. I have never seen it lagging in Windows Phone.

Yeah, L620 has pixel density higher than 720.... But 720 had better Deep black and white levels.... So, in real life use you won't find much difference between two's displays.... And for your kind information pixel density doesn't express the quality of a display....see iPhones, they always have pixel density lower than their Samsung/LG/HTC rivals then also iPhone's display considered as one of the best in market.... So dude, don't just blindly judge a mobile on the basis of specs....see the real life use then post your opinion.... M using both L620 n L720....

AnonD-229038, 03 Apr 2014whts the difference between 630 and 635Lumia 630 is only 3G capable n will be available in both single n dual sim variants....while the Lumia 635 is both 3G n 4G capable n will be available in single sim variant only....rest of the specifications like RAM, camera, processor, Display, all r same in both phones.....

Dude, it's every way better than L625 except camera flash n front camera.....L625 has Snapdragon S4 1.2GHz dual core processor and and it lacks clear black display.....on the other hand Lumia 635 has Snapdragon 400 quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz..... And also it has clear black display....and if you ever used clear black display then you can easily know that clear black display gives crisp n clear display with wide viewing angles.....

No Flash only 512 RAM its a confirmed flop...only adding a flash and at least 1gb ram would have made this device a bestseller! Bad business plan nokia feeling real pity for them
