How much movies can we see once the phone is charged. And how is the internet speed.
I think that Microsoft did a great job on the fresh design of the user interface. I had an iPhone and just out of curiosity I decided to give it a try. I still like it, the interface however there are a lot of problems in my humble opinion. First and foremost is the Music application which keeps replicating my songs and when, say for example, I play an album I just put in, it repeats the same song over and over again before repeating the next tracks. It's as if an album gets multiplied by ten first and then... Argh, thing is I hate the music player, but I am stuck with it since I have not found a good enough replacement for it on the impoverished App Store (don't get me started on that one, so far it is two things that make me miss my iPhone). Nokia put only 512MB of RAM on the device so I have noticed some sluggishness and Temple Run just won't play at all. (I think I should definitely upgrade back to an iPhone, since games run smoothly on iPhones). It's not all doom and gloom with this device, I do like how Nokia does cameras very well. They have excellent cameras than on most devices that I have owned, and yes even the much praised iPhone. But their cameras, I hardly consider a "killer app" that will deliver Nokia from bankruptcy. Besides, I read one complaint from a user that posted that pictures often appear with red eye, and I have had that problem and with so many pictures taken already, I don't have the time to edit all those pics, so Nokia fails yet again. Okay, now I think I will try something else, like Android before heading back to that all too familiar walled garden with apples growing on iOS trees, or is it the other way around?! Ah, well...
All in all, my Nokia 720 experience, was a disappointment. It is not entirely all bad. I would give the phone to my little brother or cousin, it's just a matter of time. Waiting for that cellphone contract to expire already. Then it is, "so long, Nokia and your crummy and buggy phones. Sure was good while it lasted"!!! Seriously Nokia dropped the ball and lost the game. If metaphors are your thing...
