This section has some standard that android kids wont understand so please. You are there on every lumia device page and just talking BS so I request you to comment on an android device page which needs you more.
Most of us on this page have experienced that crap android OS and now have switched to Lumia because it deserves it.
nokia lumia 720 got a non removable battery, so is it a problem,...,????
Dear Mr Anonymous...Cellmaniac was 100% true...not all people Need Widgets on their Homescreen because it only Shrinks up your Battery Much Faster...besides Most Android phones Doesn't have a solid Battery Life like Windows phone does, Even my Note 2 Dattery Didn't Last a Day with Heavy Usage and why do you need a clock Widget when you already can see the time near the Battery Indicator...think twice before you comment, so cheers!!!

Not everybody want widgets and launchers. I have Galaxy S3 in my home and I am bored of customization. None of it gives feeling of satisfaction and mind wants more because I have options. Its human nature but how long? I was bored of it within a month. And those launchers and skins only hog battery and other resources.
Windows phone takes different approach by providing unique and widely appealing, pleasant to eye UI across the platform. You get less customization but what you get is peace of mind. And those lives tiles in real time and keep engaging in such a way that one feel refreshed every time. And whatever the level of customization it offers is enough, otherwise it will be a same story of cluttered, messed up and inconsistent UI of Android.
If one has a taste, he will like UI, typography and typeface of Windows Phone and Windows 8. Android doesn't even have a typography and you Mr. Anonymous, teaching me 1 & 2 of mobile industry. I am absolutely fine if people like you call me KG student or whatever as it just justifies your standard, very properly! I am not even bothered to reveal my designation to people like you!

You can resize and rearrange live tiles, change tile color ans system color. There are infinite possibilities to customize lock screen in Windows Phone 8 as now it is open to developers. eg. you can have facebook feed on lockscreen, scores via sports apps, weather info via weather apps.
I'm still using the first Nokia 6130 I bought in 1998, and I love it.
Nokia is providing krait CPUs gr8 gpus n exceptional cameras at very competitive price n still struggling very hard just because their OS. wp8 is good for oldies n girls. coz they r not interested in customizations. they just do calling and texting and sometimes photography n internet. I want to have a good cameraphone like lumia 720. bt I hate Windows os coz its extremely boring. its so uncustomizable that u can't put a wallpaper or a live wallpaper on your screen. some Windows fans r saying that android has started CPU n ram war. to counter that I'll say Nokia has started camera n price war. Nokia is putting more n more powerful cameras in their smartphones n started aggressive pricing to beat android. bt beating android with this extremely boring n uncustomizable os is not possible.

frankly Which phone is the better choice ?
either Lumia 720
Wanna buy One of them mainly for net browsing, ebooks/daily news reading, Navigation and twittering
this is my phone, if the rate is in between 15k to 20k in India. Otherwise, Lumia 620.
[deleted post]l820 have 1gb ram and lte connectivity if you dont consider this i think l720 is the better option but ram really a wanted thing if you are a gamer or playing 1080 videos. otherwise hail l720
Great use of HTML5 support in Windows Phone 8. HTML5 apps made for IE10 in WP8 under one roof! HTML5 is a future and we are heading towards it!
