Here I red someone's opinion who had the same problem with the phone when using both SIM, but not when is only one SIM on. So try in single SIM mode and see what happen.
Check this link about my experience with Prestigio MultiPhone 8400 Duo:
(I couldn't find here my questions and opinions about Nokia 730 DS and 530 DS, sorry!)
Yesterday my nl730 battery was fully drained. I connected the charger and tried to switch on the phone and that time the notification led blinked (white light) twice. But later on i am not able to see the led further for any other notification like missed call or sms etc. I have the latest software 10.0.14393.321

I feel that the battery backup is lot better after updating to the latest build :)
Anonymous, 13 Oct 2016Would you please mention the build version of your os?Okay, no need to mention the version. I would recommend you to update your os (not upgrade). Please do not upgrade to windows 10. Just update the software to the latest 8.1 build.

Just to examine once again, i tried to navigate my way from office to home.
Initially it could locate me, found the route.
But when i clicked GO to start the navigation, within seconds it said No GPS signal.
However, i started my journey of 5 km on the same screen open. All of a sudden after 1 km the lady started giving directions !!
I tried same thing again next day.
Same thing repeated. Lady started talking after say 1.5-2km..
What can we conclude ?
The problem i mentioned in my earlier post was encountered in Mumbai..
This experiment was carried out in my home town in karnataka 500km away.
MSB, 10 Oct 2016GPS not working in my phone.
For navigation, in order to find my location, i started both dat... more I had the same problem whit this phone 2 years ago and also with Nokia 530 Dual SIM, and another Windows phone (I have posted some questions here some time ago about the problem), but strangely enough I haven't had it with Nokia 620. So at this time I began to think that it might be the Dual SIM which interferes whit the GPS, but I'm not sure. Unfortunately I needed Dual SIM phone so I couldn't keep my Nokia 620 and because the others didn't work very well in GPS mode I had to move to Android.
I'm using Nokia (HERE) maps whit my current Motorola G2 Dual SIM it works OK, but some times GPS takes time to locate me, this might be the problem with the phone which gets sluggish whit every new update, it simply has not enough RAM.
As far as I know Nokia (HERE) maps will stop (if not already done so) the support for Windows 8 or 10 I'm not sure which one so this might be the part of the problem too.
I have tried some other navigation with pre-downloaded maps with my Nokia's to compare the performances and was left with slight impression that the other App (can't remember it name) was working a bit better, but not a big difference.
So I don't know what to suggest it might be a software or a hardware problem. That's my experience with this navigation.
