sachin, 27 Dec 2012can anybody tell me which lumina is best among lumia 820 & lumia 920.....920
Dipu, 27 Dec 2012Can any body guide me which brand n features are better among nokia, htc w.r.t. windows phone 8... moreBoth phones have the 4.3" screen size but the 8X has way higher resolution at 342 ppi against the 217 ppi of the 820. Internal memory is also higher for the 8X at 16GB against 8GB of the 820. Also, the front camera of the 8X is better. Spec-wise, the 8X is better than the 820. I don't know if there's still any smartphone left that doesn't do video calling through a 3rd-party app like Skype, Facetime, Tango, etc. These apps do video calling through 3G or higher.
can anybody tell me which lumina is best among lumia 820 & lumia 920.....
Can any body guide me which brand n features are better among nokia, htc w.r.t. windows phone 8 phones.i am planning to purchase one, but can't decide either HTC-8X or NOKIA LUMIA-820. Please guide with pros & cons.....and one more query..since both the model has front camera whether video calling in 3g network through sim is possible in both...thanks all in advance..
cp, 25 Dec 2012Of course. Video call came after 3G network. Read some science or Google it before u speak. As far as I know, the 820 cannot do 3G video calls. Now if you're talking about doing skype over 3G, thats different, but it simply cannot do plain 3G video calling.
Trescothic, 25 Dec 2012No radio is a dealbreaker for me.It does have a radio but apparently Microsoft 'forget' to write the software for it! Strange but true.
I got my 820 few days ago but I cannot set up my data plan. On the mobile network menu I do not have the option to put manually the settings ( For a strange reason). Anybody can help?

aman, 24 Dec 2012Lumia820.920vl not launch in india, like N9. Lumia900Relax they are going to release it early next year
I have found something recently I don't like. I was puzzled why sometimes I couldn't hear the caller properly. Then I worked out that it was the poorly designed speaker. If you hold the phone so that the earpiece is exactly in the middle of the ear you can hear the caller clearly; but if you raise or lower the phone by just 1cm then it is difficult to hear.
Nokia Drive+ works very well and maps and navigation are top notch. A few more top apps and a few bugs worked out and this is a great phone. I already prefer it to my android.

Anyway, we Indian peoples could happily survived without Nokia smartphones this days.
but Nokia will surely suffered for their foolish notions !
