Banda, 14 Nov 2012I am in a dilemma... I am not able to decide on which phone to purchase. I have previously tes... moreUse common sense,
wisers buying pricy flagship phone not for hardware quality alone......
but mainly for the good software and max applications backup.
Window phone 8 OS not yet able to satisfy customer's needs.
So sad, no public demand at all right now !
Do we need to buy the wireless charger separately or it comes with the handset?
Just got a brand new Nokia Lumia 820
We tested intensively with various applications and operations.
We succeed to make it freeze 3 times in only 4 hours.
Quite unreliable unfortunately.
I'm hopping for an update to fix these freezing issues.
(luckily you can do a soft reset by holding down simultaneously power button and down volume for 10 seconds).
is this phone available in middle east ??? im from iraq and im in love with this phone >>
plzzzz answer me ..
I am in a dilemma... I am not able to decide on which phone to purchase. I have previously tested WP7.5 on Nokia Lumia 610 and Android 2.3 on HTC Wildfire S and now the dilemma lies between the phones Lumia 820 and Galaxy Note II I7100. Pricewise: Galaxy Note is 37,350 in Samsung Store in Vizag, 820 is 24,712 at Nokia Priority. Former has Jellybean and Latter has WP8. Former has 5.5" Latter has 4.3". Kindly help in choosing from the Clashing Titans of the Mobile World.
Thanks in Advance
Hai guys, Is there any free (direct) YouTube video downloader app available for window phone 8 smartphone.
searching but could not find any, like free application Tubemate and google Youtube downloader for other OS.
what abt fm radio. launching a phone in india without fm radio u guys must be joking!
Wp8 Lumia seam to made lots of progress in paper, but still remain stagnant in reality.
Lacking lumia market distributions world wide + lesser public demand for newer window phone 8 OS applications.
Why_Nokia_Why, 13 Nov 2012NOKIA WANTS TO SELL 820 IN INDIA WITHOUT FM RADIO OPTION....??. Then Nobody would like to have... more present or absent of FM Radio depends on Microsoft Snapdragon S plus chipset.
It's not Nokia fault.
Window 8 OS would take atleast a Year or more to catch up the current Android system.
Why_Nokia_Why, 13 Nov 2012NOKIA WANTS TO SELL 820 IN INDIA WITHOUT FM RADIO OPTION....??. Then Nobody would like to have... moresorry to Inform you,But none of the WP8 handset come with FM Radio, because WP8 OS doesnt support FM Radio. But why are you so much in love with FM Radio....? if FM Radio is only thing you want in your mobile then purchase any feature phone, majority of them have FM. Most of smartphones now days dont come with FM Radio, as most users dont use it,so manufacturers are not using FM chip on their flagship mobile, instead they are utilizing the space by putting some thing useful on their handsets. Dont loose your sleep over absence of FM Radio, instead there are many alternative on internet to compensate for FM radio, use them; or you can build your music library by downloading more song from internet and syncing with your phone, apart from these there are many apps to stream songs to your handset, and above all there is free Nokia Music, which is exclusive to all Lumia phone, there are millions of songs on Nokia Music, you can listen to them, download them for listening in future etc...... so cheer up...
Why_Nokia_Why, 13 Nov 2012NOKIA WANTS TO SELL 820 IN INDIA WITHOUT FM RADIO OPTION....??. Then Nobody would like to have... moreIf u want FM, buy a basic phone.. Smartphones are meant for the bigger league beyond this FM stuffs.. Online fm is compatible these days..
Cocoon, 11 Nov 2012 Ha ha ha ha................ A great laugh, do you think Samsung survival depends on Andro... moreHe doesn't Samsung is doomed, he is just saying if, Windows one day start to overtake android, Nokia will beat Samsung, because in the case were people willc hose between Nokia or Samsung, it will be Samsung. Phones only though. And I agree with him. If WP does take off, and it comes down to Windows vs IOS, it will be NOkia dominating the phone market again.
lumia 820 is great from processor and ram point of view, price should be 20k to 22k.....
NOKIA WANTS TO SELL 820 IN INDIA WITHOUT FM RADIO OPTION....??. Then Nobody would like to have a phone like this...NOKIA Corp "AWAKE"""
Better to add this Option for India...anyways other specs are really good...people are ready to spend 25K INR , But never have an option to buy a phone without a basic requirement...
TS, 12 Nov 2012Spoke to a guy working for Nokia in Mumbai and he said Nokia will launch WP8 mobiles in India ... more Every one is expecting mid-end lumia 820 price between INR 16K to 18K.
Beyond that priced, LG Nexus 4 could be a better phone.
Spoke to a guy working for Nokia in Mumbai and he said Nokia will launch WP8 mobiles in India on 2nd December(he seemed really confident abt that date) pricing he said expect 820 will be around 26-28k INR and 920 around 36k INR, but then he was not very sure abt the prices.
