Its the best phone.. Its getting 8.1 update.. Everything is awesome in this phone.. It doest need any extra hardware.. Everything works good.. No extra ram need nor processor.. Camera is awesome... I love my Nokia Lumia 820...

Hands down the absolute worst phone I've ever had the misfortune of owning. Cripplingly slow,very limited apps available, and the media player is rubbish too.
The camera is about the only good feature.

One thing that i really hate about this phone is that it doesn't has the facility of vibrate + ring.
it only has vibrate then ring(even if vibrate+ring is shown) and the vibration is not powerful too. You could miss many calls due to this problem
