My lumia 820 is awesome. I operate it 1cm above the screen. No need to touch the screen.

AnonD-172230, 04 Aug 2013how to update to windows amber? help!!!Check on your setting, go to phone updates, then touch check for update, if it is available, you can update your Lumia.
Note: Maybe it forces you to use wifi to update it if you update OTA

I bought Lumia 820 phone, and I took time to download all the applications I need on phone.
If you have any problem with it, it could be that your knowledge of good phone like this Lumia 820 is narrow.
FM Radio application should be provided sooner as promised by Nokia.

Windows Store has many good games like angry birds,asphalt6,modern combat 4 etc. As for subway surfers and other games,we just have to be patient enough till MICROSOFT releases such games.
WhatsApp is smooth and nice and yess SKYPE is supported.
so,do buy this beauty!

Nokia Lumia 820 user form May 2013, Serbia, Telenor Mobile operator....
Signal receiving - fantastic, where colleagues with other brands of phone have problem with signal receiving, Lumia 820 receive H+ (the same Mobile operator)...
Voice call clear, data receive in sec.....
Hardware performance - no lag, no matter how many apps open; lag in games very rear (3D motorcycle ....)
Apps. - all what I need appear in WP store during time.. but it is true, all make apps for Android and iPhone (you can see over many websites, e.g. Banks, Web radio-stations, BOSH site apps for android but not for WP, etc.), rear for WP and many of them for WP not work on WP8 (only WP7)...
Battery - with all ON, last barely to the end of the day (of course with calling, surfing, music listening...), if turn OFF some apps, stuffs etc., with short calls, essential surfing and manual e-mail checking, (no games, no music listening) second day at the evening is the last moment to charge battery... I practice to charge battery when about 35% full... I have best results when manage battery on that way...
Camera - back cam. excellent, front cam. very poor indoor, nice apps. form NOKIA and others for photo manipulating and editing....
I do not like lack of file managing apps., poor customization of sounds (only ringing can be set but with PC you must transfer proper file in Ringing folder, for other sounds you only have to use what Windows allows you),
I miss some indicator that I can visually notice that I receive (or miss) something (call, sms, ...)
Other - Mobile Windows Office in combination with Sky Drive, back up all your photos,... in Sky Drive, .. maybe some time before this should be essential but now with open-era for document the same have all others.... I like WP Office, especially Note..
At last, I did not regret buying this phone, and awaiting Amber update...
