Best I think is to do is bring it to Nokia care. They mght flash it, if it's a software problem. Hoping the best for you, it's annoying facing problems like that.

Have a problem with my Lumia. Updated the firmware a few weeks ago then noticed the phone started freezing. At first all I had to do was lock, then unlock the screen to get it to work again.
This got worse and eventually the screen stopped responding completely. Can do anything with the phone right now, can't even restart it. Have reset it a thousand time by holding the lock and volume down keys but still no change.
Please if anyone has any idea on how to fix this problem, l'll be glad to hear it.

gpu cpu good its not hang only one problem is its heat when use contiuonsly one hours
window mobiel not not good phone as android
window application not work like android phone and nokia mobile today very bad condition always gets lost
window phone not flaxible use its only use
not more games and software availble on window market
only bad is window not as not good as android so please nokia make a android phone

Not so much as you mentioned, but sometimes the battery says it has more power when I turn on the phone again. Anyways it seems like the battery is somehow improving.

both phones are gr8
xz - bigger screen, biger ppi
920 - gr8 design, better camera, more durability
i would go for lumia and its less expensive :D

I would say go for the Lumia 920 of course. I tried out the Xperia Z in a phoneshop, nice design but it runs Android, not what I prefer. Though it's all about preferences. I can recommend this Phone cause I've been using it since January. It's a good Phone with everything you need. And indeed, all the negativity comes from people who don't like either Nokia or WP8.

I wish Nokia and Microsoft had started this partnership early enough...because we could be having the best for some long time.. but better later than never.
Imagine, its not late...someone is born today in an era where Nokia devices are running Windows8 OS!
I love the power in the battery, too much. I do not know whether i am the only one but whenever the battery is almost drained, I turn off the device for like for one hour and I get 38% battery juice more when I turn it on!.
I hope the 1314 will be here sooner than you think...although 1308 made some good improvement to performance, they say.....it will only get better.
