Great, before reset swithed on app. backup.After reset all app. are back automatucally.
Dont forget backup multumedia (picd, video...).

...@willboyce, do not be bothered by those who do not see anything good in excellent devices. Why did Lumia 920 win the most innovative handset award?...the reason is because there are people who know what best quality looks like and that is a fact!
Over the thousands devices developed, only one of them was destined to be the king...and the Lumia 920 won for the year 2012.
Some people disapprove this power-house device; they should make their own device and buy it themselves. As you have said, every device is good depending on the interest of the buyer. If someones interest is plastic, let them plasticise their love, if it is radio that they rather die or have, let them....
Lumia phones are made for people with something to do...working on Windows8 is not about gaming or watching videos 24 hours. People who can afford WP8 are in class of their own....We have all devices at our mercy so the phone is not coming as a Messiah to provide all we do not have but it is a compliment of what we already have or can have.
I don argue with those of a plastic CLASS...they know not value....blind folded to believe that something is unique in having quad core or octa-core...a duo core Lumia 920 and a Quad core laptop is a monster-party...I know because I use HP-ENVY (Quad Edition)...and this laptop gels so well with my Lumia 920...smooth as one...
So, please I know what you feel when you spend your time trying to make sense out of ridiculous critics.
I am with you, I hope your Lumia 920 is glancing at you....that is the pride of LUMINARITANS.

Some People need to except os of all phones are bit different and get on with it. IM not in other rooms slagging off there mobile devices ,on what they cant do. But in starting to think i should. . I would also imagine in time the windows phone platform will just be like a pc. With the start of blue rolling out. I don't think there will much it cant do after that. Its young still. Give it a chance. Some people just look for issues. Some people want there own platform to succeed only. . My advice to anyone is not to be to picky . And get on with it. Let it grow. If there is only one os were in trouble, because the prices will hike. I may not be able to afford a great phone like this are Samsung are apple

Got my lumia 920 just the other day, with minimum usage (texts and calls) within 7hrs of usage, my battery is still around 97% then i used viber for 2hrs it dropped to 49%. my only problem is if i used internet on my phone, it gets really, really hot, hot enough that it is not tolerable if you stick it in your skin, is this normal?

I am giving my Lumia 920 a run for her money....I am playing mp3 at volume 10/30 with superior stereo speakers for 3hours and 10 minutes now and the battery is still 100%...
Please android try this on your plastics....I have a plastic, too (GT-N7000) which drains 1% per hour with no use and 9% per hour on 10/15 mp3 play with headphones.
I love lumia 920 cos it loves my style....I bought it and I will buy the lumia 928 and any other high end Lumia 4.5" or more....

I own Nokia lumia 920 & Iphone 4S.. Both has its own signature.. Camera, nokia undoubtedly trash iphone.. most most of hardware feature is better than Iphone, but software wise, Lack of apps.. Thats the biggest problem of all.. Iphone apps is way more better..
