Ive checked the settings but the problem still... moreIt is normal for the screen to go off when you make calls it prevents your face from touching the screen and messing up things without you noticing, it occurs when you usually block the front camera.... hope this helped

i have a lumia 920 and i only use it for calling and texting because the OS is VERY BAD and VERY SLOW and BORING
thank god i got an iphone

problems with this phone as follows
1, heat gets too hot . 2, no micro card. 3,battery drains very fast .
The problem must be software as most people did not get overheating until software upgrade if you use 4g it drains very fast internet surfing you be lucky to last 2 hours for me i had the Lumia 625 actually a better phone no overheating and battery last much better if you want a higher spec better give 920 a miss .

This Lumia 920 is so digusting ,,after a month of using ,,the built-in battery drain so fast ,,,,,defective battery ,,after full charging ,,I unplug and it immediately says 40% battery power left,,,what the heck the kind of smartphone is,,? They warranty to replace lapses after a month,,my money goes to Waste ,,

my nokia lumia 920 is 2 months old it fell down as I was taking pictures, and it immediately blacked out and even it has failed to be repaired.

syc, 03 Jul 2015But whats strange about update is that i never got an issue with phone switching on and off...Me neither, but I guess they just rolled out the update for everybody as it is the easiest way to solve the problem for the people who did have these issues with the Lumia's.
