this smartphone is for smart user.. games? less games? games is not all. u will get bored with games just like me cuz im not a kid who need games.. more app on android? most of them is sucks.. im android user n getting bored with my samsung n sony.. diff brand but same app.. same os.. so, nokia is very diff n attractive..

I want something to know...I already have Nokia808....but I'm thinking of go for 9... moreMy dear, Symbian is the father of smartphones. WP is still a child. There are pros and cons of WP. But your comment "low apps" gives me the idea that you are leaving Symbian due to lack of apps. TRUST ME, L920 may be a very good phone, but DO NOT leave Symbian for WP.
And by the way, if you still do it, don't forget to comment after roughly one month of usage. You will regret.

I would deffinately reccomnd this phone by the way, it's a great device.

What about Notification of sms and misscalls ?
does it have any thing like breathing light on symbian ? or any other way?

The entire Lumia line-up is amazing, great devices in all the price ranges. The Lumia 520 looks great too and I think that will be a hit. So cheap, still good specs. The 920 is still my favorite.

Now I am ... morei understands you, even i do have some disappointment with the os but not given up yet, eagerly waiting for blue update, device is amazing no doubt. Using uc broser for downloads.. It has some annoying issues but can be resolved.. Like keyboard does not have option to move cursor, cannot save youtube vedios in hub, mkv playback..etc, even belle is better in these aspects. I feel sad they gave up on symbian..........and i dont promote any device it is all up to you.

I am concerned portico update has been aired, or not pls give details what abt appollo in pipeline, its a sale gimmick keep on hype to customers but region ad delay kills the sentiments fr correction in software, I am now understanding the miserable condition of Nokia r&d team, God help them, but also give them a lesson!

lumia 1000 is still n doldrums, and maybe 2gb ram 2ghz processer 13 mp cam, with pure view, This set has one deficient its lags freezes Nokia foolish not to correct it, nor care for, even their 7.8 update has failed miserably, some hav ad majority waiting, Gone Nut's Nokia.

But having tht actually helps u not to pay for apps. Now I am just disappointed with this phone will be selling it n buy HTC One, Xperia Z or S4. My friend told me this will be new addition to android devices n will better than my 920 n will be good for me. My mistake to get windowsphone n goin back to Androd but must Say 920 got better camera than my previous lost S2. Hoping to find a cam like 920 on my new Android. I just listened to my little bro by seeing a TV ad I thought this phone would be better than any phone... I don't know much about phones I looked attractive n got the 920 after getting to know the UI. it was a mistake I made.

I like using it, apps and features are amazing.
But the camera is not working, a green screen appears when i try to use both cam and vedio
Also recharging the battery is so slow

sudhir-india, 28 Feb 201310 days after buying this phone, i realize it was not a wrong decision to switch from android ... morewell the portico update has a few more features, and the next update Apollo plus will even add more... am tipping it might actually get a file manager

dewsoetz, 27 Feb 2013For what? I don't know why I still choose Nokia, all of my friends and colleagues are using sumsung and I phone.because of Loyalty ? So I decided to change my mind toward using other phone by making comparison between Samsung,LG,HTC,Sony,blackberry iPhone. What I can see this time Lumia 920 can beat all of those phones by its differentiation:best mobile design,window 8 which is really attractive,fast and nice mobile performance,high quality. Sound with high school quality camera . If you put iPhone 5 ,note 2 with Lumia 920,you wil see how handsome your Lumia is.because I am writing comments by Lumia.
