I agree, it freezes for no reason and the biggest problem is you just have to live with it. Since the Battery is non-removable, the way to switch it off /reboot is to hold the power key pressed for 10 seconds simultaneously with the volume key pressed on the minus side. This is what I was told at Nokia Care. It did work this way, but why it freezes, God knows !!

I think these peoples are saying not gud Lumia 920 without hand experience.currently iam using L 820 its a very gud phone one the issue iam facing battery backup,i can get 20 hour only (daily i can checked internet,call,music,videos,camera)

3 SMS limi... moreThe phone itself is the only one boasting floating lens technology, one of the rare ones supporting wireless charging and the only one currently having a screen with a refresh rate of 60Hz with a super sensitive touch screen. Nokia did a great job!
What you're complaining about is the OS, aka the operating system (it's the software if you still don't understand). Any complaints about that should go directly to Microsoft.
Besides, Windows Phone OS WILL get an upgrade that will solve many issues and introduce new features!

The google nexus 4 from LG has it also. But it's true it's something new at the moment. I got my wireless charger for free, just put it on the charger and it begins immediately.

the Main demirit of 920: the battery backup is the shitty-est in the history of smartphone industry. Now tell me guys, do you really think that Nokia knows magic and "Only Nokia phones battery backup is gr8" ? Hmm. It proves that Windows Phone OS is more battery hungrier than android and actually nokia knows no magic. I haven't seen any Windows Phone user yet who is extremely happy with his battery 'pack' up. Lumias arent power ranger. So whats the point of saying windows phone os consumes less juice than android when your windows phones cant serve more juice than similar android gangs?

I have Iphone 5 , SG3 , Note 2 , and HTC one and I now what I say.
Lumia 920 have to goo long way to be on pare with top phones.

4 houndsound don't work
5 watsupp is very basic ( now sound , very poor smiles , now back ground )
6 phone is always on during charging ( limit buttery live )
And this is a best phone ????
Niece marketing strategy and excellent bild quality and a lot of limitation .
To be competitive Nokia need much more than this .

Nokia is the king at making camera phones, and every body must admit this, but not Nokia makes the best smart phones, there are other phones which can do more than this.
