[deleted post]Get "User Agent Switcher" app on WP8 and change the browser agent to iPad. It lets me play video on any site so far.

As you said there is a BUZZ sound while the phone vibrates, I took my phone to the Model Town Extension Nokia Care and reported the issue.
It is due to the second tray provided in which IMEI number is given, inside the Sim Tray slot, it is bit loose and vibrates. They have talked to their seniors and also mailing them, they will provide the solution or will replace the set, but the funny thing is that the sound is present in the handset of the senior too, hope to get the solution soon.
