I just talked about microsoft store growing daily, it is not like i've said it is the best in the world and nothing can compete with it. I leave this to fandroids, they seem to be very good in this S.F area. Learn to understand what you read! I also don't praise this phone or any other (i don't praise material things, i praise the Lord;) i just expect evidence of galaxysh*t3 being better then 920 but nobody can provide that cause there aren't any;). So... YOU stop praising your phones in wp or symbian area, cause we are here for a reason. So who gives a s**t about your devices? Everbody knows them, it is not like you are luminated and others need to learn about your (pathetic) alian devices. I say alian cause every fandroid seems to praise his phone like there is nothing in this world but his unique (my as*) device. So stop spamming, we're not interested... Or you getting paid to talk nonsensse on other forums? I would understand this isteria of 'bartdroid is better then the world' if yes... If not? This childish behavor beats my power of understanding.

Let them hit first then praise.

Carol, 10 Dec 2012Can you explain what means better for you? Cause This Lumia is better then s3 in build quality... moreCant we stop old rumors now, Nokia does NOT have better signal than other phones, especially not Samsung and Sony Ericsson. My Xperia Pro had impressively much better signal than for example Nokia N9, that was said to have great signal coz of its polycarbonate body, the N9 was actually more in line with a HTC i had.

Samsung: E1080 was better than N9 and N85, on GSM (E1080 does not have 3G)
Note II is much better than Nokia N85 on 3G, and i mean a lot. In my friends house where we sometimes party there is a very weak HSDP signal, so to have some youtube streaming we always had to hold the Xperia Pro in a certain way to have ok signal (thats the Xperia Pro that was much better than Nokia N9), but NEVR had a problem with the Note 2, the signal i so superior.

NOw thats cellular signal, what about wifi? Phones with samsung exynos are in a class on their own, very superior. Theres one place in our house the Note 2 can drop wifi due to low signal, but the N9 didnt even have a wifi signal in the same place.

Same with the past phones i had, Nokia N-series was ok, but noting spectacular, N900 was probably the best (but not up to Xperia level) but the problem with N900 was the wifi signal, better than Nokia N9 but not as good as Galaxy S and S2.

Myth busted. I do however hope the snapdragon S4 chipset of Lumia 920 has improved a few things for Nokias signal, if they just bother to put ok antennas (like samsung does) it will be good. Im quite interested in stuff like this, so i am very aware of field strength, often wish i still had access to the equipment from back then to do some real tests on modern cellfones, especially the weak wifi of many cellfones nowadays have me worried.

hi Folks, being a technology Lover and IT professional, i am using iOS since 2008, android since v1.6,WP since v6 and of-course, Symbian since Nokia 3650 :)
Currently holding devices, iPad 4G,SG Note-1, iPhone 4s and LUMIA 920 :)(replaced my HTC HD7 with that)
I am in very much to Root, JailBreak and custom Roms.
Every Mobile OS has its own edges, perks and.....problems.
WP8 and Lumia, no way short to that.

                                    After spending 10days wid NL920, analyzing camera,OS,Device,Apps:-
                                    1) its a superb device, can easily be compared in terms of smoothness and stability to any flagship market have, as of today.
                                    2) OS is little short of Apps, but you will easily find what your are looking for in windows-store and its keep increasing
                                    3) Battery life is Average, can be increased by future updates.
4)WP8 is Rock solid stable,no Lag, No Sudden crash, no freeze(till date), always very responsive like iOS.(Android has a huge lag issue)
5)Camera is excellent in Video Recording, you will be astonished by captured video quality.
5-b) Picture quality in night, is great but lose of captured details is inevitable.
6)People Hub, i am loving it, after using all the Major Mobile OS, People hub is really innovative, easy and useful.
7)NL920, it self is very well build, beautiful screen, design, ergonomics, all are superb. weight is not no much (might be i m using SG-Note, so i can not feel difference)

Over All, very creative and innovative introduction to market as Samsung is already leading the race but nokia is here,to challenge.

If you are looking for a Flagship device, Nokia Lumia 920 will be solid candidate.

                                    Happy Lumia 920 Using.

                                    Cheers

Jose, 10 Dec 2012Hello, I am a user of a Galaxy S3, the S3 is a much better phone than Lumia920 in hardware and... moreCan you explain what means better for you? Cause This Lumia is better then s3 in build quality, signal, camera (will be soon even better with the update) and some +futures... The internet is at the same speed overall (sometimes 2 seconds faster, sometimes 2 seconds slower) so, where exactly is S3 hardware better then 920? Also in what future is s3 better? Yes, wp has less apps, but not as less as people say;). It is catching up quite very quick. Not that the number of apps really matters, minding the fact that android has like: 3000 facebook apps, 3000 other kind of social apps, 1000 torch apps, 300 battery apps and so on. Instead of maximum 10. It is not like this means is advanced... Also there is a guy saying that wp is not so polished as android:))). I really really am convinced that android is the most messed up system out there. Symbian does way, way better in every aspect. To bad that just cause doesn't have those apps enumerated before doing the same thing, but only 5 or 6... maximum, from each, and also that Nokia hold it back by not installing more updated hardware, it is now, let to disappear. So, what do you mean by better, exactly? i'm just curious...
