I had this unit for 18 months now and I noticed its fast discharging on battery life.. When fully charge and I used it for internet browsing thru data connection it takes only 3-4 hours because of the heat produced at its top-back. When in Normal use,(texting, calls and slight games)it takes only 10 hours..my free space was 20Gb, no running apps in background.. What causes this battery life of my unit..

920, 14 Aug 2014Thanks a lot...but how to back up my phone.is it from setting and than back up?well you just go to setings-backup-and just turn everything on(apps,settings,text messages...)
but i think you will need to back up photos,videos and music manualy(via usb to computer or laptop)

I wont expecting a lot from incoming cyan updates, because of my previous experience with amber and black update. I went to care center many times because of those update. The phone has been working fine now, so probably I won't update it to cyan.

920user, 10 Aug 2014My L920 is from Germany (vodafone). On nokia site the Cyan update is available but my phone do... morehave you instaled the developers prewiew? Because if you did you probably need to get your nokia back to wp8.0 state....there is a software program that allows to do that http://theunlockr.com/2014/04/27/remove-windows-phone-8-1-developer-preview-nokia-devices-video/
back up your data on phone because it will delete it.

Windows phone does not support 3g network calling..the front camera is for skype calling...

My L920 is from Germany (vodafone). On nokia site the Cyan update is available but my phone dont show this update. I try another and another but it write 'your phone is up to date'

It might be a faulty unit, so Nokia care will repair or replace the 920. It you bought it secondhand... there might be still warranty on it, depending on how old the phone is.
