Then it's not WP8 at least.. But the thing is that Lumia 920 has the hardware for the radio, why it's left out unabled is completely beyond me.
Nokia Lumia 920 release date is November 11 in the United States America..

HiT, 26 Oct 2012Well guys. I have a question. I have no interest in FM radio but many ppl are looking for it. ... moreThe Snapdragon S4 which all the high end WP8 phones announced currently have has built in support for FM reciever and transmitter. It's in it's official specs.
At the same time none of the current high end WP8 phones from any manufacturer list that they would have FM radio, which sorta could imply it's the OS rather than the phones, especially when each would have hardware support for it.
i want to have this gadget very hi-tech i have nokia n8 and i want to uprade this to nokia lumia 920 i love nokia more power to your company:D
Well guys. I have a question. I have no interest in FM radio but many ppl are looking for it. And here many others are saying that Lumia 920 has fm hardware but wp does not support it. Matt, 26 Oct 2012Excellent phone. Eagerly waiting for it's release! To the people complaining about no radio... moresorry mat you are the odd one here. If you are a Samsung or Apple lover I don't care. But keep this in your mind. Every phone of Nokia is excellent. specially this phone has best features.
Everybody worried on windows 8 launch " where is the start button"? Many worried "where is fm in lumia 920" many worried " where is the mc card slot in lumia 920" many worried "it is very heavy" . Come on guys, evolve, whole w8 screen itself is a start button, lumia is offering Nokia music, 32 gb storage with cloud 7 gb, very sturdy and strong phone, a beauty with smooth buttery innovative user interface. What else u want????? FM? Great!!!! There r millions iPhone 4s, 5 users even though pricey, fragile, scratch prone, no mc, no fm, and no complaints.. Finally there is Nokia lumia 920 with better features and lower price... And guys complaining about FM. Very difficult to satisfy people not ready for change, right!!!!
Lumia is best. That's all there is to it.
Best of best.
Best of the rest
