They can stay with windows, but also make android, just like hwo samsung and htc has expanded themselves to windows also. Love the windows os, but man.... it really lacks apps right now..... If NOkia launches an android phone, it will destroy its competition including apple. It doesn't matter how many years samsung has been doing it. Nokia has loyal members, and they are waiting to return to Nokia once an android phone comes out. Cmon!!!!

Has anyone noticed that on the global nokia site, the 920 includes the HSDPA 1700 band but on the US site, it leaves it off, along with this site. Just trying to see if buying this unlocked for T-Mobile USA will give me 3g or just EDGE until the 1900 refarm is complete

Se... moreMost likely, the OneX doesnt really even have that good of a camera. Nokia N8 from 2 years back easily competes/wins it.
It really isn't about megapixels, it's about the rest of the tech. The Nokia 808 Pureview takes 8mpix pictures by default even if it can do like 40 mpix pictures, simply cos it's not the megapixels that make the picture good.

There isn't that much of a difference from iphone 4s to iphone 5. Face it, apple's innovaton is no longer on top. Nokia is innovating again from symbian to windows, from mhz to ghz, from a single core to dual core, from mid range smartphone to high end smartphone, from plastic to aluminum casing, from a low end cam to high end camera, and the list goes on.
speaking of slim smartphones, moto did that already by creating the moto droid razor before apple's iphone 5. samsung sg3 is also slim.

[deleted post]Innovation is bringing something new that is useful for consumers. I phone initially did that but failed to continue the level of innovation in their later phones...Samsung mastered the art of commercializing innovation for common public...Nokia really lagged behind...but for quality and durability...no one can compare to Nokia..Nw that Nokia realised they hv to step up in the technology dept. they brought out lumia 920..granted that sony had 8MP & 12 MP in 2008 but 4 yrs after that also they have not improved the quality of the pictures taken by their 8MP & 12 MP phones. Thats wat Nokia did with its Pureview tech. Just see the comparison of the pics taken...its unbelievable...When Nokia competes, it competes in style...They leveraged on all the technologies introduced by Samsung, Apple, Sony etc and incredibly improved them and brought out lumia 920 with a bang...The only thing that can be questioned is the success of the OS-Windows 8!!!

I personally think my 3,5" is ideal, but sadly no flagship devices are that small anymore, so I'll just have to adapt to 4,5", but I doubt that we'll see mainstream flagship phones ever really go over 5", simply cos it genuinely starts to get way too big for average hands.
I'm sure Note 2 is the champion for you cos you it suits your needs. It doesnt suit mine, thus its not the champion for me.
Please stop claiming your personal opinions and preferences to be global truths.
Also I give that the original iPhone was some sort of an innovation, seeing that it made the touch screen mobile phones take off, however very little innovation has happened in comparison to other manufacturers since that.
