Anonymous, 30 Sep 2012software updates? Have you already forgotten that Lumia 800 and 900 was supposed to get WP8 bu... moreI know very well neither 900 or 800 will get WP8, but at those prices it would've been quite lucrative regardless. So far we havnt seen anything all that new or revolutionary in WP8 in comparison to to WP7,5 (not to mention those phones get WP7,8 which has some of the new home screen thingies from WP8) that I wouldnt manage with a 800 or 900.

Sure, most WP8 made apps wont probably be compatible with WP7,8, but not a big deal for me if my N8 is anything to go by. Just about the only app I have downloaded in 2 years of using N8 is JoikuSpot, so apps are really not a priority for me (that said, Symbian did a lot right out of the box without the need to download apps).

But no, I most likely wont get a L800 or L900, mostly cos my phone is a very important device to me, pretty much on par with my desktop PC so I probably shouldnt really make compromises/try to save money in that department.

Also, one of the big things in L920 is the camera. N8 has amazing camera, but I wont mind trading away a few megapixels for the optical image stabilisation. Also as a finn I would appreciate using the screen with gloves on, cos our winters get quite cold :D

Damn, with Lumia 920 coming up Nokia cut the prices (at least in Finland) of Lumia 900 to 350€ and Lumia 800 to 250€. With my student budget plus Lumia 920 being so expensive, those are really attractive options now with those prices, but then again I use my phone SO much that it's not really worth for me to make "compromises" like that..

Lumia high pricing would simply diverse the sale to Android smartpone.
coz, Window phone 8 OS is very new for practical ground (cons and pros) + Wdp8 App still lesser than 25% of Android app.

Ziaur Rahman, 30 Sep 20121.size is very good but why nokia lumia 920 is very much costly? 2.I would like to know the w... moreWeight is 185g.

Comes in black, white, grey, yellow and red.

It's costy cos it has some of the absolute best hardware out there, such as the screen. Some new innovations also such as wireless charging which surely adds to cost and weight. It also has one of the best cameras in any smartphone ever made (pretty much short from the Pureview 808).

The price is to high for an OS that has a small amount of apps, also i would prefer a bigger screen. I was looking at this phone because the 900 had a good price but this is to expensive for what it is. Guess im sticking with iPhone and Nexus.

Sonya, 30 Sep 2012Dear Lumia 800 users who also knows about androids...plz tell me which one i should go for?...... moreHi just In Reply to your question. If the expense is a little to high for 920 ,I would personally go for lumia 900 as I think its a bigger and better phone. Its almost same size as 920 as well. And its dropping in price also which makes it an all round winner. I have both 800 and 900. . The 900 is better for games and emails with the bigger screen. Its a beauty. Android is just to slow for me now. . The black is really nice. And you can get fitted soft rubber coloured cases to change its appearance. Go get him caveyyyyyy
