      [deleted post]Hahaha. Your conments and your nick made me laugh. You need a dictionary for the meaning of LAG. I own an S3 ever since it is launched. Had an S2 before. Google do acknowledge lag up to ICS, though they claimed to minimize it in jelly bean (yet to see). Yes there is lag in S3 which Samsung tried to reduce by putting quadcore processor. I dont know if lumia 920 will be lag free or not but for now S3 running ICS does

            AnonD-7829, 18 Sep 2012Cos smartphones arnt about raw processing power. Android is far from the best optimized/lighte... moreSGS3 has two different versions. One for whole world except US. The US version comes with same CPU(1.5ghz dual core krait) and GPU(Adreno 225) as the LUMIA 920 hav. But sgs3 us version has 2gb of ram. Another version that people are watching comes with exynos 4 quad core procesor, mali 400mp gpu, 1gb ram. So nokia didnt cross samsung in terms of hardware. Dual core krait has more power than sgs3's quad core --- this sentence is just a lol thing. Admit it or not sgs3 is a excelent performer of smartphone gang(with a terribly fast n furious UI with no hang no lag no bug as like peoples beloved wp and ios) and currently samsung is the leader of smartphone market of the world.

Thats the fact. I think they are featurephone users dreaming for leading class smartphone. Whatever my SGS3 is absolutely the best smartphone of the world. Lag? Bug? Have you ever used a SGS3? No. Its not ur phone. Then shut ur mouth off.

                i loved nokia coz i've been using a lot of nokia phones since i started having a cellphone,from Nokia909,nokia ringo,5110,3210,3310,3650 to name a few,for now i have my N9 so excited to have it the first time i hold it,at first it's ok but if u keep using it for a few hours lagging and many times of shutting down started to occcur,camera without use is also a phone feature that i dont know what is it for,useless,i just wish lumia920 would be the best phone nokia has to offer,

Android is far from the best optimized/lightest OS. The older Lumia series for example show how lagfree a WP7 can run on a single core CPU, while some Androids seem to occasionally lag even with a quad core. Sure, Android is quite a bit more free in many senses.

                    Also, SGS3 has been in sale for a long time now, the rating are far closer to actualy truth than for example here on the Lumia 920 page. Just about nobody of the voters has even see a Lumia 920 live, let alone used one. The design is just about the only thing you could accurate vote about currently.

                    But yes, raw processing power in benchmarks doesnt always totally correlate with how well the phone works in your average user scenarios. Benchmarks probably show how well the phone will load up a game lol :D

                    SGS3 will very likely do better in benchmarks than a Lumia 920, but I think you will find that people will complain about Lumia 920 lagging less than many phones that get better results in benchmarks. It's always a tradeoff though.

                        This phone is awesome. Can't wait for the release in Egypt. I've read all 103 pages of comments, and apart from the trolls I think some folks have sincere doubts. I really don't think the FM Radio is a problem since you just can't have a smart phone without a data plan these days, so internet radio will have to do. About the weight I think it's pretty cool, I've been using mobiles since the Ericsson Ts which weighed and looked like bricks with huge antennae sticking out from them, and as a personal preference, I prefer heavier phones, they add a certain precious feeling. But the price IS a major problem; especially if it comes out more expensive than the SGIII or the LGOG. I'm really a Microsoft and a Nokia fanboy but to tell the truth, If I'm willing to pay that amount of money I'd rather spend it on mobiles that have a cutting edge CPU and explosive amounts of RAM even if those mobiles are ugly or run Androids. I'm really hoping the price will be a little less than the SGIII. In the mean time, I just check this delicious piece of hardware ever day, yum.
                        Oh and I think I'd go with yellow on this kind of gloss, if there aren't going to be any cyan.

                          Correct me if I'm wrong but on GSMArena test benchmarks I see SGS3 leading on almost all the parameters.
                          If this is the case; why is it ratings for Features & Performance so low? It's 8.0 i think.

                          Now the reason why i'm asking this here is coz i'm least interested in SGS3 but want to know what would these benchmarks actually mean when the Lumia 920 gets tested.

                                  oh cmon.Android Phones are predictable..
                                  right now their having dual core and quad core cpu's with high ram then after several months or years they will introduce another cpu's with more cores in it and high ram again.!so disgusting...

                                  cant you accept that this phone is the most innovative phone at present?
                                  so Android fan boys out there..if you want to praise your quad core phones with 2Gb of RAM;
