Lumia lacks all basic functions including file manager, has an irreplaceable browser and battery, lacks top apps from iOS and Android. Apps that exist are quite back dated. I have switched from Android to WP and it feels like a horrendous mistake. Nokia has looks and color but if you're looking for a high end device it's better to choose an Anroid supporting device.

i am using nokia 920 anytime the battery drain i cant switch it on i have to flash it.my camera is not coming ,nokia should go for android software or nokia will collapse

Even the problems are same, these flickering problems were also present in the newly launched sets.

Nice camera,nice software,it works very very well for me... If you serious people,you should buy this.. But yes i use this phone for almost a year and like another nokia problems.. The battery stop charging and im not surprise for this... Think want to switch to z1,5s or note 3.. But i guess this lumia is better than that 3 phones,.. But the baterry,... :0

Till now i... moreFirst option go for Flipkart replacement policy, because Nokia Service Center will take more than 10 days, and you will not get replacement from Nokia Care so easily as you will get from Flipkart, don't go after colour.

I purchased brand new Nokia Lumia 920 yellow a fortnight back from Flipkart at 20K. Till now it was working fine. Since yesterday it has stopped charging beyond 51%. On charging it shows 100% once you disconnect it drops to 51%. Repeated charging or prolonged charging not helping. Change of charging point and different charger not helping either.I have a 30 days replacement option from Flipkart but currently they do not have yellow in stock.I am afraid approaching Nokia Care service from different reviews. Some one please advise what is the right option available for me.

I have never experienced software problems on any of my WP phones, and I've had several Nokia Lumia's. My Lumia 920 never had any software problem, except the well know factory settings restart problem. But I got it solved. It should not happen, but you'll have to take your phone to Nokia care, they need to solve the problem.
