Windows Phone has a number of states that an application can be in: Active, which is when an app is in the foreground; Deactivated, which is a background app that hasn't been killed and remains in the memory; and Tombstoned, which is a deactivated app that's no longer in the memory. Both Deactivated and Tombstoned apps appear in the multitasking list, and there's no way to visually distinguish between the two.

i am using lumia 620.when any internet related apps like facebook, im+ or IE goes background and after few seconds i return back the apps , the apps reloads from the 1st, even when i use multiple bar in internet explorer background bars reloads from the 1st when i open. what is problem? is it haapen in lumia 920?

because it do not... moreUsing main camera. If I receive video call from someone (using notebook or smartphone with video call camera available), I can see his face, but he will see my opposite. So I should see my Lumia 520 camera in order to he can see my face. When he calls using video call, Skype will have options: audio, video, ignore. I tap video. Vice versa, if I call him using video call, he will able to see me and I see him, using main camera.
If someone using smartphone with no video call camera calling me, he can't do video call, and me too, can't do video call to him.

If by document you mean Office supported files, you can hold your finger on a file which must be sent via E-mail then the option box will be appear.
tap (Share...) and tap your services. for example: Hotmail.
Now you are redirected to Hotmail and can attach other pictures in your phone with just that document.

I thought i was a business phone and the attachment is supposed to be the basic function of it. Crap cheap 4-5 k android phones can attach but a standard lumia can't.

Like attach document directly from email replying, and pdf. If they are not really fix this, this phone will only be known as socialites photography phone with modern prison OS imo.
