I have been using this phone for last 6 months .. Have been awesome experience. Earlier was concerned about the apps and the updates but now situations looks brighter - 4 updates to WhatsApp in last 4 weeks and the quality of apps in the marketplace getting better by day. Developer interest is also higher with WP gaining better market share now... Hoping for further improvements post GDR2 getting live.

android launched in 2008,
and
microsoft launched its mobile OS in 2000.
can you tell me how much time they need to grown up???

i wounder why people keep talking in a negative way about os like wp8 even thought they know that its still way much more matsure than the others~
give the OS time to grows and get more apps,android and ios did not become fully function over night!!
so whats make you guys think wp8 will be!
i plan to get me wp8 by the end of the year,so by then most of thier updates and apps should be decent according to both MS and nokia!

I bought this phone 6 months ago. Actually it is a cool smart phone, beautiful UI, fast and smooth much better than android even device's with 2 GB Ram. But i truly find the difficulty on reply my email with attachment like pdf, and the several kinds of office docs. I thought that even nokia symbian could do this. But WHY WP8? WHY? It is a business phone right? I don't really need a sharepoint app, but just an attachments. If you think that device manager will just doing for some torrent or piracy so gives us the file that we could share like pdf or etc. I really hate this phone because i just one to switch from BB. You know what BB is much more better.
Some positive points for this phone are the camera and social media integration. I could say this is phone is just for an entertainment. Business? Yes, if you have corporates apps like lync,server but for small office or even a store? Impossible.

hiii everyone..i recently brought new 920..while using front camera found that there is lot of distubances on screen...just want to know is this distubance common or there is a problem, if so what to do to rectify it??

I have amber update on my lumia 920! its fantastic!
ypu can share every thing with every one except videos that you gave it from PC

But very dispointed that no adequate OS update or support. Heared of Amber update quite a long time back. Pl if this is the condition, Nokia you will have bad time ahead. t is not too late, Microsoft, pl pullup your socks and be uptodate with the technology and your comoetitors. Else Nokia, you find other alternatives. I still look forward being a Nokia fan.

i say all people bougth windows phone they lost money .android i perfect it is small computer you can play all format video and have file manger .media rington control .stop auto screen rotation and there is many useful app on android browser hide app hide video hide folder in windows most app are payed. i say android 1000000 type better than windows phone

I've spent 36000 rupee in india......and what microsoft gave me??????? "Windows phone 8"......sorry to say but my symbian phone Nokia N82 was 100 times better than todays WP8 devices...
No file manager,
No usb OTG,
No video transfer with bluetooth,
Cant share files with other devices i.e. mobile, pc
Fully restricted OS and isolated storage....
You cant access your own phone files.......ssshhhhh its a Microsoft Policy.....
They not even able to solve temp file issue in "other" folder...My 3 GB space locked in "Other" folder,
For watching battery status, u need to install app from store just for rupee 55.....and u know wht???
this battery indicator app will show ur battery status after 30 min....means no live status of battery.. "Live tile" ??? ha ha ha ha..
Thank God "clock" is not 3rd party apps, otherwise we wud see time 30 minute late...
Other OS upgrades at least every 3 months....
and microsoft not able to launch single minor update in single 1 year...
what kind of research they are doing...???
they took 1 year for bring radio back???????
my god....i've been cheated by microsoft
i lost my 36000 rupee...
and no one wanna purchase from me bcz every one now knows abt This great innovation

wonderful phone. Fast, awesome camera, great looking hardware, durable, easy to see in the sun. Nokia gps apps are top notch along with their support.
