shujaa, 11 Aug 2013I am planning to buy a phone and I am quite torn on what phone to really get still. I am un... morenow adays dont go on looks, see the technology booming,andro is good for gaming and browsing,nokia as windows is much secure and faster then other brands.

I am planning to buy a phone and I am quite torn on what phone to really get still.
I am undecided on whether or not to go with Win phone... in such case I am eyeing the Nokia Lumia 920 very exclusively
or to go with Android... Xperia S because it just looks too awesome. What do you guys think?
I will mostly be using the phone for games,web browsing/camera and the like.

I m using Lumia 920 before that I was user of google Andriod .. I had a software naming LOADERDRIOD through which I can dload movies and vedios from facebook with one touch .. can I have such software in windows app store.. pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help........

Using this phone from last 5 month without any issue.
No restart issue no hanging issue.
One thing i bet its very very smooth to use.
Love my L920. I have installed 70+ app and still its so fast :)

Windows Phone is like iPhone, doesn't has file manager, for sharing video, USB on-the-go and other like you said, that's depend on Microsoft, they will give these features next time or not. I think user has to see the specification first before buying a mobile phone.

I'm not talking abt difference,
Microsoft building a mobile OS seen 2000.....doesn't matter it is windows mobile or windows phone....
if people pay such huge amount of money then Microsoft must have build full featured OS.....
how could they launched OS,
without radio support,
without OTG support,
without file manager,
without video sharing option,
even email attachment is difficult,
Microsoft office is their own software but i cant see images in documents....not even in correct page layout..
this is the business phone...they say...
I'm not going to create negative view of phone.....
but guys we pay big amount of money...
my colleague can transfer his files between pen-drive & his 15000 rupee android device....but i can't do that with my 36000 rupee Lumia 920.....
Nokia hardware is best...no doubt but OS is ********

Its a nice phone and can be said to be microsoft's greatest windows phone.....i've been using it since last month and ive seen no bad thing bout it apart from it getting warm after use

quick question, im 14 years old and was thinking of getting the lumia 920 *dont worry,not spoiled :P* and was wondering if its good enough for my likes, i used to own a blackberry 9300 curve and the only reason i got it was because of bbm, i like texting and social apps like twitter and facebook, and like browsing the web on my phone, and love sports, can someone tell me if it offers these features?

I am using this phone since feb..i do agree that andriod have lot more apps than wp8.. But still wp have good collections of apps..phone works fast and fluid on both 3g & wifi..amber is ready for out of box..phone truly deserve 4.5 out of 5..price worthy get it ;-))

Panha, 10 Aug 2013I soon buy this phone, but i heard about freezing problems, random reboot and over heating. do... moreI am using this phone since january, and I have not experienced things like you've mentioned. The phone can get warm, especially when I browse on the web, but it's not worse than other phones. It's a very nice phone in use and experience.

I have been using this phone for last 6 months .. Have been awesome experience. Earlier was concerned about the apps and the updates but now situations looks brighter - 4 updates to WhatsApp in last 4 weeks and the quality of apps in the marketplace getting better by day. Developer interest is also higher with WP gaining better market share now... Hoping for further improvements post GDR2 getting live.

give the OS time to grows and get more apps,android and ios did not become fully function over night!!
so whats make you guys think wp8 will be!
i plan to get me wp8 by the end of the year,so by then most of thier updates and apps should be decent according to both MS and nokia!
