Hi guys does the previews for developers app is the way to get WP 8.1 14 April ?!
people often complain about the missing memory card.
Truthfully they dont really understand the windows phone concept. Because each application is isolated from the rest, having files on a memory card is not so much of a deal. That is because (generally) they cannot be shared between applications nor with other devices by moving the card. The place for storing the files is in the cloud from where they can be shared between applications and devices. Except for expanding the memory, a replaceble memory on a WP card has little use.
same old nokia idiocy! 32 gb and that's all! they always shortcut something, and that's why aren't no1 anymore for years! I mean, I know 32 gb are actually quite enough for everyone, in the real world, but it's good to know that if you really need, you can insert a card and make it 64, 128 or even more.
its gud 2 see new phones with better features by nokia..... i was planning to buy when it will launch in india....the nly thng is.....i need more space....dfntly m gng to buy it if has expandable memory card upto 128 GB without lukng ny othr phones. and one thing more if phone gets hanged then....??? is there ny restart switch....? frm my view i am happy with windows os..and nly want to purchase phones by nokia.and would lyk to suggest few things...
1. removable battery
2. expandable memory upto 128gb
3. there shd be some music edition phones with great sound quality (like sony....the sound quality in headphone by sony is amazing)... there shld equilizer also.
4. file manager ( most important )
5. USB OTG cable support.
6. ram 3 gb and processor ( latest by snapdragon or nvidea)
7.all most popular and highly download apps by android
if such thing happens na no other phones gng to beat nokia.....design,hardware all are aldry much good if we compare with samsung....design is also importnt bt most important is features.hope nokia will do dat and ll love to see that. :-)
The price was told to be around 599 US$, so why GSMArena mentioned it as 500 Euros? There is big difference between those two!!
Phone is awesome and memory is pathetic. Memory will go down day by day with apps and internet. Also we can't take out our images when we want to repair the phone or when we want to hand it over to someone else. Hope Nokia will correct this and stop disappointing its fans with this sort of bad planning. I hope some brains are there in their tanks to see this next time. Its no longer 1990s.
Parth, 04 Apr 2014It's shame to not have sd card support and GLANCE SCREEN The lack of memory expansion got me irked. Why limit a flagship to just 32GB only? Nokia should stop shortchanging their fans and customers. I would have thought if it would have no memory slot, its phone memory would be as large as 64GB or even 128GB. HTC has learnt that with their latest flagship. Samsung got customers because they never place limits on their products. I plead with you, o Nokia, kindly do the same, especially for your all important flagships!
Unfortunately it doesn't support the Glance screen feature. Hope Nokia will somehow find a way to add that on the 930 as well.
The given battery is too low for a 1080p Nokia Lumia930.
I dont have an idea that it would stand like Lumia1520's battery....Apart from this its perfect Lumia.
Does the new nav buttons of WP 8.1 will support the devices whose already have nav buttons like 925,920 ?!!!
i mean it's not that i don't fancy the new design of nokia, but i still hoped that it would look more like the old 920....you know "nokia smile"...=)
wasimkhan82, 03 Apr 2014Can any buddy tell me wp8.1 support wi di direct and usb otg I don't know
Everyhing seems ok for me, but to put on Green instead of Cyan. Green not so Lumia, should be Cyan.
Put those horrible tiles away and i'm sold.
Nokia must produce Real android phones not the forked thing!
We need the good hardware from Nokia with a better OS!!
Im lumia 1520 user, the great, powerfull 6.0 inch phablet phone..and i love windows phone..can't wait for lumia blue update(windows phone 8.1)
