Go to your camera, click the cogwheel (settings), swipe to video and check the resolution. For fast uploading and downloading/streaming, choose one of the 720p resolution options (fps=frames per second, so more pictures per second and clearer image, but also more data).
If you leave it to 2160p/30fps, you are shooting a 4k video, which produces HUGE data files. Not good for storing in the cloud if you have limited space.

I've just started to use the Lumia 930.
There is a learning curve to get comfortable with the phone. Some features like Cortana need improving.
Nevertheless, the Lumia 930 is an excellent product from every aspect and superior by a long margin to the iPhone6 in particular software interface.

I have a problem with the speaker while I'm talking on the phone. When I call SB, as soon as I activate the speaker, the person on the other side can not hear me.
Does anybody else have this problem? Or it is just my phone that has this issue?

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2015Im gonna get one real soon so it be nice to tell me how long the battery lasts?depends on what you will do.. that battery will last almost a day for regular use like slight internet etc.. if you use mobile data and browse or game.. the battery drains fast like any other high end phone because it wants to delivery to you a fast performance so it will use up energy

this device still outshines recent flagships. i held a s6 earlier but i still like lumia 930 design and form.
pureview camera of lumia 930 is still better especially in lowlight and has dedicated camera button for that moment you need to take a pic immediately
its price .. worth your money

design is much attractive more like a head turner especially the color.. catchy
ofcourse, like any other phone it has flaws due to software issues but then again.. microsoft continually develops windows os so the hope is there
the battery heats up like any other smartphone with high end parts but try to search for a way to minimize this problem.. there are ways
this phone is more personalized than the others.. if you get the chance to spend time on a demo unit or talk to a person who owns windows phone... you'll understand me.
you will have a personal assistant namely cortana
they say that windows phone lags and etc... buy high end windows phone like lumia 930 and you will see the difference of how great windows can be

On standby it can last for ever lol, e.g. at night while I sleep(approximately 8 hours) it loses 1-3%. Also battery consumption for music is low. But games, apps and videos drain battery too fast (2-4 hours). So generally with moderate use battery can last one day or a little more.

I don't know what phone to buy:
Nokia Lumia 830
Nokia Lumia 925; love the design but no memory card. Is the memory a problem? (I current have 8GB music on my phone)
Nokia Lumia 930; but I read a lot of negative comments.
Nokia Lumia 1020; also negative comments.
I like Windows OS and I am a big Nokia fan but I can't decide which one to buy.
I would like exposition of the positive and negative of this phones. Thanks

I made a 1 minute and 30 seconds of a video and put it in the onedrive. In order to download it it takes 30 minutes. Is that normal? Please some one gives me orientation on how should I do in order to make videos and store them in the onedrive that can see in a faster way. Sorry for my english, live in a contry that speaks a different language.
