Had one for about 4 days. Beautiful screen, amazing camera but it has serious battery and reception issues. Wi-Fi and 3G/4G signal was dropping once in a while. A full-charge doesn't last a day. In my case less than 12 hours! I had to recharge it 7 times in 3 days. That's outrageous! I realize i was holding a very expensive camera with a high definition screen that can actually burn the skin of your hand while you're holding it and watching its battery getting depleted at about 30% per hour ! That's insane. I'd love to keep a phone like that, maybe its sibling 1520 doesn't have this heating problem. But in this case, 6" sounds too big for a phone. You better fix that, Microsoft !

Actually I can afford both but the problem is i searched every shop In my town and I couldn't find any Lumia 930 under 500.
I think I choose 830 it's more stylish.

If camera it's not important for you and all that stuff, go for 830 if you want much better battery also i love 830 design more than 930, I'm using 930 only for Camera, for everything else 830 it's perfect, also 830 have 10 megapixel camera with all needed stuff but 930 beat it with 20 megapixel of course, so i prefer you Lumia 830.

Aadrian, 17 Jan 2015I haven't noiticed that, but I do notice the auto screen brightness is overreacting sometimes.... moreWell I think it happens sometimes while typing. Yes, auto brightness is a bit annoying on low light, but finally purple tint is fixed! :)

Built quality,amazing curved glass, display, audio, camera, sharp colores+images, in call voice quality, reception, microphone, louspeaker....
Now about the battery i dont have particular issues to mention. Go for it!

I have been using Lumia 820 for almost a year and the battery life is really annoying... moreI am using L930, If you want to save battery than turn of cortana, turn off some news live tiles, turn of automatic brightness and set it to low or medium, turn of one drive auto upload pics. by this you can run your lumia for two days even with 4g or wifi turned on :) cheers

Hi guys.
I have been using Lumia 820 for almost a year and the battery life is really annoying.
I wanted to buy Lumia 930 at first but I heard that the battery life is as the same as 820 and u have to charge it every day.
And now I'm stuck between Lumia 830 and 930 which one should I buy?
(the camera or the CPU is not important for me just battery life)

Just got my hands on it. It's really really great! I came from Android phone and I have to say Windows Phon 8.1 is really amazing and better in everthing. Its super fast and the Camera quality is brilliant.

Do you have experienced an issue with Internet Explorer? I don't know how to explain it, but when I'm browsing sites I see sometimes instant black waves-lines... (?)
