Used also android based phone. I stick to Lumias and like the phones barring some applications for not comfortable / available. As such nothing is perfect. Nokia Lumia 930 is my current phone and HAPPY as a pride owner and user. I keep 920 too.
Thanks a lot for your real life experience with Lumia 930. It was very helpful as I was planning to buy one (mainly to try Windows Phone for the first time). Where I live, it is not as easy to exchange a phone with another manufacturer's phone once you opened the box. You are lucky that you got the LG G3 GB version.

I purchase a nokia Lumia 930 as I have been wanting to try out windows phone for a while. But I had to wait for while because Nokia’s previous models were overpriced for a low spec hardware. After the purchasing Nokia 930 it was obvious that even 930 is over priced. My old LG G2 has the same spec and cheaper much nicer to hold and better looking too.
However I was in for a shock after spending my hard earned money on a Nokia 930 when I discovered that I’m unable to attach a file to a email (New mail or when replying) apart from pictures. The only way possible to attach a file to a email is via Office, which is stupid, annoying and feels like Microsoft is restricting the user only use Microsoft products. Therefore I had to continue to use my Android phone as the daily driver.
One good thing about the Nokia 930 is the Here drive navigation as it allows you to download the maps over wi-fi before use. This allows you trouble free navigation when driving through areas with weak or no mobile coverage. However it was extremely frustrating when trying to set off on a journey in a hurry as initiating the here drive app requires ridicules amount of button pushing(NOT intuitive).
After a 45 minutes of navigation I discovered that the phone had got extremely hot that I couldn't even touch it thus made me sit in my car for few more minutes for the phone to cool down before I can take my phone with me. Another occasion where I have been using the navigation; I stopped to answer a call using a towel but still failed because I couldn't get the phone to my ear as lot of that heat had transferred to the glass. I saw one guy had measured around 51 degrees Celsius when overheated. Anything above 44 degrees can cause burns. I'm not sure how Nokia manage to certify this product for the UK market. Although this phone is beautifully made it eventually became a annoying problem.
Further more; internet browsing were very sluggish and the screen stop responding to the touch most of the time. Xbox music application was terrible. It still runs in the background even after you close the application. Look and feel of all the apps are pants.
Microsoft menu system is not intuitive. I could go on for long time explaining problems about windows 8.1. I know some of you might not agree with me but my view is Windows Phone is not a well thought product. They have hurried it into the market. Nokia 930 is not a flagship device and certainly not worth £430.
Luckily for me I have returned it to the store today got my refund and ordered a LG G3 32GB with 3GB RAM with removable battery and SD card slot for the same money :-)
