To be honest, I don't like the Nokia Lumia phones. I'm more of an Andriod girl myself but some of these features are actually impressive. I like the fact it has a 20 MP camera, the screen size is good and processor is pretty good aswell.

Buttery live is ok and screen is very bright .
Loudspeaker is not the best - on LG G3 is much better .
For me the main problem is camera : zoom is very small and quality of the photos is not sow good .
The phones is my hobby and I have many of them ( always top models) and 930 will not stay in my collection because it's not a premium phone .
Sorry for my English , I am from brussels .
Don't buy blind - first take you time and test it in the shop

It never lags...never believe me I've tried

they made it lcd because of the battery life.so the phone will last longer even with a smaller battery capacity

Hate my self for Buying lumia 8.1 was happy with android, on windows phone 8.1 no option to attach MP3 file on whatsapp and no calling option on FB messenger, but on android and iOS its possible, why windows is doing this to us
