my first smartphone is nokia. i love nokia with android wanting for release.
wow, i like that features about this device but sadly, no SIM, microSD expansion etc. But anyways, this is so nice
Wondering Who is using Intel Atom processer, Nokia must think once before they are lauching such kind of product in Market. Sony, Samsung, Apple are using high-quality stuff, that is the main reason, all they have leaved Nokia behind very far in this race.
1. Brilliant specs.

2. Good looking(who cares if it resembles iPad)

And yes a great price!!
NOKIA can't produce OFFICIALLY their own smartphone till 2016, but it doesn't mean they won't do it behind the scenes
Yep i am getting one.Grew up with Nokia but when we will get one in UK is anyones guess. Come on Nokia.
They have Whatsapp icon , while it doesn't work on wifi only devices !!
Nokia make the SIM card version , add a memory card slot and this will be the best tablet out there !!
Well! This is what Nokia should done right from the beginning, before eFlop almost killed the company when abandoning MeeGo and N9, and shifting to MS, at the time when Nokia was still controlling the worlds phone markets..
Anonymous, 18 Nov 2014Somebody please help. How can the N1 be a Wi-Fi hotspot when it relies on wi-fi itself? What ... moreWifi hotspot is not only for sharing internet!! Can be used for other purposes like file sharing screen sharing. Thanx
Nokia was always the best, maybe they will take that position again. Time will tell. The specs on "paper" are good, but it has to stand straight on an actual test.
How can you people like this thing? Ugly design. 4:3 screen ratio. No SD card slot. Heavily customised skin. Only 32GB. Intel CPU? Yuck.
Hells to the yes!!! I was a Nokia user for many years, but jumped ship due to them not making a droid handset. This could be the first sign of things to come once they can get back into the market post-2016!!!
NK, 18 Nov 2014Splendid reply to ELOP and MS for what they did to NOKIAActually silently NOKIA used them, sold them old platforms and hardware, took the money and starts over.
It is clear that Symbian could not compete with the current Mobile OS market and the hardware do not supports most of the OS in the market. So it is a good idea to sell them at such great price.
But I think in future MS Windows Phone will be a dominating OS, I know there are many limitations but it is efficient in term of performance and resource management, just need a better store and need to be optimized and user friendly.
