bought N70, its nice phone, it has 2Mpx camera, 352x288 px video recording, FM radio, front camera, 3G, EDGE and it is symbian based. presently using with 512MB card.
only problem i found is smaller keys. call and end buttons are hard to press. and blue backlight in buttons make it hard to distinguish between them in dark.
it is good if you want good camera and video recording. else 6630 is not bad.
Cmon u guys gotta help me.........wen will the Nokia N70 Music Edition cum out???
Is it worth the wait????
Somebody tell me........it was supposed to cum out in October but now its November
this phone has lived up to my expectations, it doesn't hang up nor crash, the only disadvantage i see is that the phone is a little slow. it's really great, it is worth the price you pay.
The difference between music edition en standard n70 is that the music edition is in black, and if you compare both phones you can see the difference between them
Need help... dont understand why is the picture yo dark when its sent to the PC, Even for shots taken in daylight .... Can anyone advice me...?? Thanks
n70 is a great phone!!!it works with a lot of aps. !!!its a little bit to slow, but !!is cool
I have had my N70-1 for almost a year now and all I can say is that it has lived fully up to it's N-Series origins. The phone is absolutely brilliant, it is fast, reliable, technologically up to date and very stable. I have had the best user experience out of this phone. All the users who complain obviously do not understand nor know how to use a Symbian operating sysytem.
I will continue to sample all the N-Series phones as they all have so much to offer and are one of a kind.
Nokia is still the leader of the pack, when are the other iditos going to wake up and realise that, stop following this non existent dream of SE and Samsung. Nokia is here to stay.

Now listen u all. Do not misguide other people by fault comments.N-70 is really good phone. it does not hang nor it has any voice / sound / camera problems + no commputer detection problems. The thing is that u guys do not know how to use the device properly. Those which have a hangup problem open too much applications at one time so please have patience and close any unwanted application on the phone after using it.
Now those which have a no-detection computer problem must not be using the latest nokia pc suite or have not enabled the synchronization in the N-70 connection menu or they must have selected no when a pop-up appears on their N-70 phone saying that to install the Pc-suite support or not.Ortherwise they will also be running Windows 98 or loose usb ports computers etc
Now those with the camera problems , have u guys tried to set the settings in the options.....it has every thing customizable..!
In the end i am unning this phone with 1-Gb memory card which have 100 mb pics , 300 mb mp 3 songs, 50 wallpapers, 50 themes , 50 applications (registered not cracked), 1 mcafee antivirus and THE PHONE DOES NOT HANG UP OR SHOWS ANY IN DESCREPENCIES..ONLY 15 SEC LATE IN OPENNING 100 MB PICS THATS IT...SO ALL OF U PLZ GIVE TRUE AND VALID OPINIONS
all i can say is dont buy the n70, it is plagued with problems, always crashes, caller id doesn't always work. there are alot of phones out there.... do yourselfs a favour- dont get the n70. I'd have paid not to have the phone in the first place... seriously.
this happnd to me also...my n70 cudnt be detected on my pc..instead i strtd using bluetooth...the nxt day i loggd in..plugged in the cable ,,it got conn......switch to ur audio manager....it will show(n70 connected via cable or bluetooth watever)......add song ..click on transfer n there u go..
go to profiles..personalize ...scroll down ull see 'vibration alert' switch it on...
its a nice phone altough the sistem crashes often when installing aplications or themes.
