Ahmet.. Thanks for the info. But what about MMCmobile against RS DV MMC. I've heard MMCmobile cards has a higher read/write rate compare to RS DV MMC especially the ATP brand 512MB compare to Kingston 512MB.
Also, one site says RS DV MMC cards has the same read/write compare to RS MMC. both has 2.5 MB/s transfer rate.. Kinda confuse now.... help!

I received my N70 yesterday, and I am nothing but absolutely pleased with the buy.

The phone is a bit slow on start up, and certain applications, but as a whole, The NOKIA N70, is really great.VERY IMPRESSED!!

If your phone is slow, than change your original RS-MMC with RS-DV-MMC Card. I strongly offer you all to buy "Kingston mobil RS-DV-MMC Mobil Card". This will improve your speed.

The maximum capasity of RS-DV-MMC is today 2 GB. N70 supports, so far I know, max 1 GB. I prefer you all that you use a high quality cards like Kingston, Sandisk. TwinMOS etc. You can have data looses in low quality cards. So be careful..

To Batista

RS-MMC works with 3V (same like MMC), whereas RS-DV-MMC works with 1.8V and 3V (DV = Dual Voltage). RS-DV-MMC has a higher write(7-9 MB/s)and read(10-16MB/s) speed than RS-MMC(1-2 MB/s write - 1-3 MB read). RS-MMC can harm your phone, thefore you can only use RS-DV-MMC. In order to benefit from high write and read speed you must have a USB 2.0 supported Card Reader unless you won't see any diffrence.

Is there someone who knew the difference between RS DV MMC and RS MMC only? What does RS DV MMC has that RS MMC does not? Which would you recommend for N70?

then try firmware 7.06, much better than 5.06 as it is faster processing.
