Hi ! All user N72 :
*if it hang some applications : bluetooth or GPRS connection icon, just turn off n on, it will be ok !
*if u need plenty of soft for it : www.dotsis.com
*cool 2.0 is the best mp3 converter
Believe me, n72 is perfect phone ... Last month i used n70, it very slow and hang often so now i switch to n72 it working great ...!!!!
Yeah, i'm not completely sure about this, but i think if you go to Menu and Exit it auto-disconnects, but i'm out of money so i can't connect now and try lol... While it's connected it shouldn't raise your bill, since you're not browsing and no data is sent/received, but don't completely trust me, as i said i am not completely sure... Well even if it stays connected, disconnecting it in the menu doesnt hurt, or just chech the browser Settings
i've succeeded in copying some tracks but from another artist. i think the problem was with those tracks. the phone is "BAM"
somebody help me.
i've been trying to copy some raggae stuff to my N72 from my computer but no luck. i think there's a problem with the file format. it always says its unable to copy. i've not been able to transfer any music to this set since i bought it in november.
somebody help pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase.
I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now,and I love it!! But I've just noticed that when you connect to the GPRS to download tunes and stuff and then close that down (press the red button to end the connection) it appears that the phone still stays connected to the internet. You then have to go menu > connect > Conn. mgr and disconnect it yourself. I don't know if you get charged for it staying connected (if it does, I'm not sure, I only noticed it today while faffing with the various features) But now I'm kinda worried that I'm going to have a huge phone bill.... Please someone help
It doesn't have 3g ? What makes you think like that ? 6233 DOES have 3G, it simply doesn't have a second camera, so Video Calling is impossible, unless they added a feature to do it on the main camera... 3G isn't just video calling, it's a fast connection which is 8 times faster than EDGE and i think 64 times faster than simple GPRS... Now about symbian, it's an operational system, like Windows, Linux or MacOS on your computer... There's mainly no big difference between a Symbian phone and non Symbian phone, but you can install non Java (and java too) applications and games to a Symbian phone... But if you do not need that, than DON'T buy a symbian phone, since it's slower (like a computer, sometimes it lags)... I think you should Google for more information... For main facts you should chech www.symbian.com ... So good luck on choosing a phone ;)
To a no-named guy: (geez, write your names)
Well i'd choose n72 only because 6288 has no Symbian, but if you don't need it then go for 6288...
For the no-named spammer dude:
This phone runs on Symbian 2nd edition, so the apps from the site probably won't work...
Thanks, but what is Symbian and Nokia 6233 doesn't have 3G they made a mistake
They're both good, the camera is a bit better on n72, but if i'm right 6233 has 2 speakers, which can make stereo sound, but the sound quality itself is better on n72 i believe... Well the main differences are 3G and Symbian, just think what you want more, fast and quite expensive connection on your phone or ability to widen your phone's abilities... I had to make the same choice and i chose n72, and i don't regret it... Note that if you simply can't stand when the phone lags sometimes, you should pick a non Symbian phone, good luck...
hey n72...gr8 celll....got it 5mnths back...not a single problem yt....gifted the n72 pink last month to my sister....she loved it...worth the money spent....!!!
honestly, i bought this phone four months ago and i havent had one problem. In fact i dropped it in a sink, i dried out the phone with a hair drier and its good as new.
For the no named dude, that complains that his warranty is over:
Heheh i feel sorry for ya, i have a 2 year warranty, so you kinda got ripped off...
Well i am a male user, and i love this phone, never hanged, works smoothly, sound is fine, better than many other phones, and camera is quite good compared to other phones with 2mpx (except k750/w810)... It is a good phone...
Forget k610, this phone is whole head above k610, i wanted to buy it before, but then i found out about the awful camera quality, and just being a boring phone... This one has a better camera, Symbian, bigger screen, and all other stuff... So buy n72 UNLESS you need 3g... If you need 3g then go for n70
To John Mike:
It's good... Problems ? The ultra-annoying wobbly sliding lens cover lol, and the fingerprint catching "feature", sometimes lags a bit, everything else is fine...
This phone owns !!
i love my phone whn i took i thought it will be crazy n it was n themusic system is soo clear amazin
