hey i heard the original n73 is so slow by many people,,is the n73 music edition also slow????? ,and having problems like the original n73???
yes most phones experience that problem when the battery is fully drained.
early released n73s had problems but was corrected by firmware updates. now most n73s in the market have less or no problems. by the way n73 is a great phone.
I plan to buy N73 mobile phone
but i confused
b'coz my friends say it had many problem
Is it right?
please tell me..
jus play wif n73 ME jus now
found that quite lagging
is it bcaz of the 2 gig mini sd...
the sound is perfect
(can fight wif SE & samsung)
the elegnt black cover ..wow..so nice..
but still expensive..
in Malaysia it costs abt rm 1980 now...
I seem to have a problem with the battery/clock. When my battery is run dead the clock stops completely. Is this the case with all phones or is it a malfunction?
hey everyone using n73
i'll say this again. try downloading and installing sms accelerator in your n73. it would make sending sms a lot faster.
for my opinion, n73 is better especially if you need 3g. the n72 doesnt support 3g only edge. and if you worry about hanging in my observation it is already fixed by the firmware upgrade. by the way firmware upgrade is free at the nokia website.
i agree. so one thing positive in the competition b/n mobile phones is that we the consumers can choose which phone would suit us.
so its concluded:
can someone please tell me which phone is better. n72 or n73. i am really confused about this and after searching i've got to know dat n73 has a lot of hanging problems. is thsi right or not??? sumone please replyy.. i need your helpppp guyssss.. pleaseeeeeeeeee
yes u rite Ric, 1 of d great adv of our N wud be symbian + java supp. while K8 just wid java. i love d pdf viewer N quickoffice apps of N73 cuz in k8 have quick off without pdf view. officialy N73 best on it class as a smart fone & K8 best on it class as a cam-fone (not video-fon cuz dis session belongs to N93 :))
i beg to differ cause my gf has an n70 and the only advantage of the with k800 is that it has a better cam but application wise i must have to say n70 is better due to its 3rd party software(which lets your phone have more applications and upgrades). but i have to say k800 is also a great phone. if youre not inclined to techie stuff, k800 would suit you fine but if you want a phone that can have tons of apps and if you need a phone that can back up your computer files and softwares, go for n70 or if you have the budget, the n73.
@ andrei ro
firmware upgrades makes your firmware more stable(eliminates crashes and freezing) and may meke the performance of the os much better. you may not see any difference though especially if you dont experience any problems prior to upgrade. i hope this helps.
K800 better than N70 and equal to N73 we shud wait which 1 wud be d best fone in 2006.
djay, if u like photography u made a great decision!! i'm using both K800i&N73, ric is rite K800i just a camera fone while N73 a smartfon. the thing is the CYBERSHOT in K800i makes a lot of diffrence. anyhow my N73 chrome joystic start to peel off lately diff with d fixed material dat K800i had.
guys if ur keen to excellent photography go for K8 but if u more to a complete smartfone dat basically can do anythin just stick to N73. both r awesome.
so i will repeat myself with a good question: what benefits do i have after upgrading my n73 , i can't see any diff
I just bought the nokia n73 a few weeks back, and i feel its the perfect device, with the best of features and looks too!!!
previously, i had a nokia 6630, and i feel that n73 is a cut above the rest, be it n70, sony ericcson or samsung.....
nokia, (n73 to be specific), is DA BEST!!!!
I'm very happy with my N73. For those who has problem with their phone such as hang or slow, just go update your firmware then everything will be much better. It will hang sometimes and even your computer with much much more higher specs will hang sometimes.
the Nokia Nseries phones are all unfinished phones! slow phones! waste of money! i have the N71 but i just gave it to my sister. i've tried most of them and the problems are common..slow software, frequent hangs, etc.. these phones are very faulty..i've heard alot more good things about Sony Ericsson..that's why im planning to buy the K800i.. hehe ;D
Well, I tried downloading the update software fom the Nokia site to update my Firmware and was told that it wouldn't because because my PC required a minimum of 256mb. Come on now Nokia, do you really think I was trying to download to a Speak and Spell??
So now for some reason I can't get the latest Firmware. Just another problem.
Can just enybody help me. How can I upgrade my firmware? Do I need to go to shop to do that or can I do it at home and how? Also wich fimware version is the last? Thanks a lot
