@emer that lighting thing on the navi wheel when its on stanby is called breathing, it's normal and it will flash twice if there is unread messages and unanswered calls, you can turn this feature off in the phone settings thus will save battery consumption.
6233 beat this handsdown at loudspeaker while n78 has much better quality when using headphones.

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2008just have one thing to say, The autofocus of this thing is awful, i tried my brothers n82 came... morenokia is not misleading you, you justo don't know.. autofocus is not about the speed of capture, is about focusing on the subject, making it apppear sharp, capture speed is something else, maybe if you check the settings yopu would find a faster setting, maybe not, but the important part is the quality of the photos.. if you want to stop a fan.. turn it off... :)

Can someone suggest any nokia phone that has grt sound like 6233 especially any N series. pls. How do i connect my fon 2 play thru my compact system, like d adaptor SE has.

hey, i have a problem on this phone.. when i took a picture and save it as memory card then i click GO TO PHOTOS to look back the photo that i've capture but it's became other photo, why? then when i choose save to phone memory then it is regular all.Can sum1 pls tell me y this problem would be happened?

U usre you tuned your radio to the same frequenze as the phone is transmitting?

just have one thing to say, The autofocus of this thing is awful, i tried my brothers n82 camera and it can make a fan stop even though its in its fastest speed, it can even make a car stop when you take its picture. what gives?.. i thought if a camera has auto focus it will make the image much more stable. hmm.. does this mean nokia mislead us?..

hi.. just have a question. how do you delete the theme package in the image gallery of this phone?. or if it cannot be deleted, how do you stop the image from the theme to appear in the image gallery?.. its slowing the browsing time for the pictures a lot.. and its annoying.. thanks.. hope someone helps.

@Tom and Jerry haven't encountered any problems with the latest firmware, maybe your phone have software problems or some sort let the nokia service centre check it for problems.
I prefer n78 than n81, n81 is a gaming phone,sucky cam,low internal memory if you will gonna buy the normal one, good audio.
n78 does really good in any entertainment category but doesn't excel at it for example n82 excel in cam quality and 3d gaming, n81 in gaming etc.
n78 is fast and performs really good, fastest performance in any symbian phones for me so far, also n78 has good audio performance when using headphones the loudspeaker is mediocre though.
u900 soul has better phone materials, good design and 5 mp camera but in terms of entertainment,3rd party apps and connection ill prefer n78. soul doesn't have wifi, limited customization and its only a java OS unlike n78 symbian OS.

N78 firmware no good,it lag phone.i bought this phone 3weeks ago and i have big problem with it.it shut down every time when i use browser with operamini4,if i have call inside and received call than end call,the phone restart.

Or you are saying you can zoom in video playback? When your camera is set to video, yes you can zoom in and out with the keys. But are you saying you can zoom recorded video in playback?
