NO sorry but X1 WILL NOT beat all the Nseries phones, you are hyping something that is not that great in the 1st place.
NOW back to discussing this sweet N78. . . .
Its realy a good phone dueto processor speed 369MHZ,sleek size and new version of symbian OS,S60 rel.3.2, m creazy to buy
SE Xperia X1 will beat all N-Series hands down.
1. Its smaller compared to most of N series.
2. Nokia is yet to release an N series with touchscreen.
3. Nokia's Symbian is a memory and battery hogger. I hav seen people frustrated with their N series mobiles, though they buy it only to show off.
4. The keys are relatively bigger, well spaced and stylish. Keys in N series are crap.
5. None of the N series are stylish enuf to compete against a SE phone.
6. The animations in X1 are far superior to the staid ones in N Series.
SE needs to maintain a high-end image for X1 by havin a high price. Else, all tom-dick-harry will buy it like N series, which hav becom phones for those who dunno how to use a multimedia phone.
why they are copying sonys keypad designs.they did it in n82 now in n78.these phones looks really cheap.
first phone to have everything i want: design, wifi, radio, 3.5 mm jack,...
Does anybody know when it will be sold? april, may or june?
nokia, why are all ur designs nowadays looking like apple iphone? only old nokia phones are original. the 8800s are my favorites
looks really sneazy, really cool with these features and this shape this can make you spin oh yeah go for it.
What a good phone! I am gonna sell my G900 and buy this phone!
It is supposed to arrive in store in 2nd trimester 2008, but in April or June? ^_^
I have noticed that since the N-series are positioned as multimedia power house, Nokia do not put so much effort on their design..all N-series are designed to provide the best features and multimedia experience
what a nice phone. i suggest that they'll faceout all slide up phones. i notice in slide up models is very sensitive, i'm speaking of the flexwire they put inside. hope i can have one of this model soon as possible.
Has a VERY important feature for me, and that's the FM transmitter.
As I'm in & out of different vehicles, this means I can just leave the N78 in my pocket and use the FM radio in whatever vehicle I'm in, and listen, without wires or an add-on transmitter.
No TV out and video only 15fps ? Why bother with this phone. A black N82 is far better and no so much more expensive
I find it funny that some f00l said that this phone has low battery life yet its not even out yet!!
Looking at specs this has a 1200mAh battery, a ARM11 Freescale power efficient CPU PLUS On Demand Paging this phone is going to have great battery life, better than any Sony Ericsson UIQ device on the market. GET OVER IT
