Is there a replacement keypad for this phone that is not subject to this poor design?
I want to get this phone but every single reviewer hates the keypad and doesnt understand why nokia released a phone that u almost cannot use...

I was so happy before my N78 right speaker stopped working today. I just got it two days before. I went back to service dealer he told me they will have to send it to karachi for repair & it will take 10 days. I am confused why nokia is using sub-standard material in expensive cell phones because its waste of our money. If i had to see this day I should not have buy it.....

only .sisx apps, n-gage and a few of .sis (run on S60 2nd edition or below) can be installed
if you found your apps couldn't be installed because it was .sis then you can find the other same purpose apps in .sisx
S60 had been released years ago and it must be many apps suit on this OS

but i'm doubtful because of many feedbacks appeared..
i... moreOk dear i my openion it is the best smart phone in its class n price. The only things which is not good is the key pad. It has a hard and difficult keypad. Except this every thing is like a dream.
So if u think u can handle the keypad then go for it.
Good design. Smart. Very good cam. Very good gps. 3.5mm audio jack. Operating system and speed. Best.

prabu, 11 Feb 2009In my phone .sis file is not installing. .sisx file only installing . my version is 13.Also pr... moreBecause u r installin unsign software thats y u r not successful in installation. ( .sis ) means that the software is un sign and ( .sisx ) means its a signed file and can b installed.
2nd thing is N70 is 2nd edition mobile phone by nokia and N78 is 3rd edition so u have to install softwares for N70 in ur N70.
Some times when when ur phone gives u an error of expire certifecate then change ur date to 06:06:2007 or 2008 ok.

I would like to tell all in Simple words that it is a Line leader fone due to its different style and Processing speed.
100 times better then N73. its a style line while n73 is a usuel Line mobile.

Hi I got this phone for Rs 21000, it has good function like GPS & Wlan, FM transmiter. Its speaker are weaker than N73. Keypad is bit hard to operate. Cam is very good. over all bundle to explore...
