N79 is the best phone i ever had.. with the great camera, nice sound, clear screen and fast application process, it just a great phone..
Very recommended to all.. GO n79!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

the best in sound quality and a long life battery is certainly: N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79 N79.........etc.

yjmlee, 09 Jan 2009my n79 can recieve text messages but it wont send any. can someone hlep me? No one has this problem, you should contact your gsm network provider to fix this problem .

vogue, 09 Jan 2009i jux bought tis hp for almost a week,nice battery life,can last for very long time d battery,... morethe navi wheel is used for to browse through the menu,phonebook,music files pictures and some other things instyle!
but it doesnt work in all the places!

i've had this phone for 3 months now. Amazing battery life.. Best phone among the n series. Sleek and stylish and light weight (compared its other counterparts).. Music is good and the camera is awesome... My only problem with it is that the camera is not that great with night shots and the pics come very grainy in the dark (even with the flash). But thats just a minor issue. The phone's a phone and a real good one at that.. I definitely recommend..

Go to Messaging and then select Options->Sim Messages. Basically the icon is blinking ... moreThanks mate, i fix it yesterday! But you shoud know- the icon is blinking because the SIM memori was full.If the messages saved on your sim are unread the icon doesnt blink.

for those who thought the n79 was so girly, now nokia presented the n79 in petrol black with dark grey, steel grey and deep plum xpress on covers... that's good!

Well well well.. This phone is a gem.. I own it for the last two weeks and I haven't found any flaw in this phone.. Display is fantastic and so is the built quality.. Camera is decent.. Takes great picture in day time.. Latest S60 v 3 FP2 makes 79 the most powerful phone in its class.. Keypad is little difficult to use in the beginning but with time fingers just adjust on it :) battery backup is very good.. With super heavy use i get 2 days full backup.. This includes everything including using net and wifi.. I strongly recommend this phone..

i am having a problem with my N79...the Display light does not for more then 3seconds.. even i turned setting to maximum...when someone calls me the display remains black, even when i use any application, games, use camera or watch videos, the display does not hold for more than 3 sec and become black... i have done all the measures like upgrading firmware... deactivating the power saving option...
the problem is only solved when i restart my phone but this also is for a short period of time...after one hour or so... the problem remains problem... can anyone help me out???
