i have been usin this phone for 2 years plus
thrown this phone across 2 lane road and my friend failed to catch it, it fell and glided on the tarmac. freaking scarred my phone but it still serve me gd
camera is quite gd in bright settings, music player is reliable, connection with wifi is gd as well too bad it doesnt have adobe flash in the browser
i cant find a better nokia to replace n79!
shortlisted c5 and c3-01, but they lack some of n79 functions!
1 full charge is able to last me 3-4 days!

Its not virus. its becos at the point of sending, ur network is down or limited, thus the sms couldnt send out. the phone will put it in outbox and resend again after certain timing(5, 10 or 15min). once u are sure ur network is workin again, u can go to outbox and choose option> resend
tat will solve the problem

my second hand bought nokia n79 is working so fine and smoothly so far with almost a year of usage...web browsing, wifi connection, texting and calling runs smoothly, long battery life esp when u activate power saving, fm transmitter ok, great audio and video clarity and so on...i bought it for only php4600 and swapped my defective nokia 5130xm to it.

When I am sen... moreits in the network signal problem and not on your n79...ive encountered that on my globe sim card but when i used my smart sim card there's no problem regarding network signal. im from the phil!

When I am sen... morehiii if this type of problem is coming in your mobile than 1st go into sms setting & delete the sms sender no & after retype this again , after changing plz do switch off cell phone for 15min & do again start .you can stop this problem

Hi friends, I have encountered a problem in my sell regarding messaging sending. When I am sending msgs it shows in outbox "resend at ...." for latter time and finally after few hours it shows msg sending fail, can anybody suggest whuy is this happening. what should i do here.
