Is there any who didnot get n gage activation code inside box of nokia n79. I did not get it, i bought it 1 month before(black colour) from nokia priority in kolkata,sealdah. whether new n79 does not come with n gage activation code. Plz help

ram, 25 Jul 2010any one know how to set fullscreen wallpaper in n79no fullscreen wallpapers in symbian it can only be done by themes.
go to zedge.net or mobiles9 for 1000s of themes.

Tahir, 21 Jul 2010I was using n79 v11 and then i am fully satisfied with it but one week before i updated my mob... moreok ive been round all these nokia fones and learnt alot since 2003..If you get your fone and it works to your liking then dont update..IF it aint broke dont fix it..Just because its an update it can introuce new bugs that have to wait till the next update to fix..
On friday i decided to update my e72 which was working fine,,now the music update only refreshes 20 at a time and i have 3020 mp3s on it,,wifi keeps disconnecting,,its gone slower in operation and destinations dont work so i cannot set network access settings??? I had n79 but sold it to get n86 then sold that to get n96 and so on..The n79 has good battery and had no trouble with it..It had good cam and smooth video..May go back to n79' because..
n86 poorer battery and cannot see screen outdoors,
n96 is good on v30 firmware but you have to be carefull with battery so you cannot enjoy it,
5800 is a good choice but hate touchscreens,
n85 had bad build quality and bad screen poor battery buugy software,,
n82 excellent but had with yellowy weak screen and is hard to get now and a bit old but cool,,
n95/n958gb superb smartfones.
samsung innovate had video sync problems but was good tho,
Anyway instead of going on and on there is not much choice all the shops are full of touchscreen slabs and boring and hard to contro; in real life,i would buy the innovate tommorow if they fixed video sync issues but then again its not a nokia so you miss all the good stuff licenced for nokia and ovi store and firmware updates and nokia service centre,,arrggghh ..
I wish nokia would bring out n95/n958gb/n82/e90 with 2010 spec bigger battery..

Cool9, 22 Jul 2010Which one is better dudes. N79, 5800,or 6700.No the best phone is n79 , 5800 doesn't have 5 megapixel camera and many more features which n79 has...bt it's ur wish to dump ur money in dustbin & then realize what mistake u have done....

Whats the matter ?
does this set not support analog clock themes?

I was using n79 v11 and then i am fully satisfied with it but one week before i updated my mobibe software version to v32 using OTA nokia.
now i am facing two problems
1-unable to run fm radio( when i goto radio then it turns on but no sound coming from headphone also the option of loudspeaker vanished)
2-when i connect to my router using wifi it works ok but when i use security in router like wpa the mobile doesn't browsing sites even router page doesn't open.
also i cant stream videos it says connecting and then loading 0% and nothing happen
