hey guys...I just want to ask it's processor is only 369 MHz...does this affect the speed of this phone too much ? otherwise this mobile looks awesome........

Pr... moreI had faced same problem wth my older fone . then i understood like . when u perspirate & wat u say is PASINA is on your face during that if u r on phone that is also can go in from ur speaker where u hear so thats possible that much can damaage ur circuit board also thats wat happend to my last fone .
No complaints at all from this phone . Just using it for last 6 months

One of the best phones i have ever used...i got one last october... Still now no problem..Rugged phone..You'll get all facilities at low cost... Nice battery back up, unlike my old sony.. If you know how to use a smart phone,It'll be good for you.. Highly stable os and doesn't slow off.. i recommend this Phone..It never hanged...restart your phone twice a week... You'll not get any problem...

even the sar value of 1.41 is among the highest. can anybody say that with usage of almost daily one hour of call and one hour of musice should i purchase this mobile ? i am fond of taking pics from mobile. almost daily ( 5 - 10 pics. ) camera is preferred over music. which mobile i should purchase under 15 k in India ?

comparing both d n79 n e52 which 1 do u ol find better? d prices r aprox. same!except for d design n d 5mp camera wat r d major diff.
please post ur personal opinion..it wud surely help!

wenever i knw record a video while recordi... moreDo not worry. Make sure that there are no background applications (such as call filter, call recording etc) during video recording.
I too have faced same problem. But after quitting all the background applications, it was working fine.
Also, try replacing the memory card and try. Free more space in phone memory. Do not store anything (except contacts and text sms) in phone memory.

Whats the speed of your memorycard? This could be the problem.

wenever i knw record a video while recording the fone stops and skips 3-4 sec continuoiusly
my video recording is thus breaking and den it takes a lot of tym processing tooo
its frustrating
i tried removinbg the memory card and putting it again but no use
d problem is still dere

i m using this phone for last two weeks nd believe me this phone is a real value for money bcoz it has all the higher level multimedia phone features like 3G WIFI GPS ND 5MP CAMERA also so what r u waiting for. main disparity amidst the n79 nd n95 n96 n97 is that they have 8gb free memory slot along with stylish design otherwise all the features are same like same 3G speed same camera clearity nd there price is approx double to this phone with no some extra specific features.

hi,
i just bought this phone in january ....... and see's the phone is just awesome . 5Mp amera is verygud, u don't need any digital camera after this . u can work with ur wifii connection , music play on this is gud . overall this phone is completely value for money .
i have used all phones from sony,motorolla,lg and all but this phone fullflls all of my needs from WEB to MUSIC , GAMES to CAMERA all in one

I used this phone for One and Half year and its still there with me but of no use......
Problems I faced:
1) I got this phone serviced 3 times from various Nokia centers in Mumbai they have very pathetic service. Very very bad service. They say there is water going inside the phone ....from were can water go inside phone regularly ????.....unless you hold it very heavy rains....:):)....
2)It costed me more than 2000 INR ......
I am not at all happy with this Nokia N79............
