Can anyone suggest any better phones of the same price range with this one?? It's not that I hate N8 it's just that I'm trying to be wise :)

help .when i switch on then it takes at least one minut to start .is this a problem or all N8 have same kind of start.

If even Eldar draw this conclusion that means the audio quality of the N8 is truly the best. It would have been nice to have custom EQ but it it definitely not a drawback.

besides the HDMI port, is there anything n8 is better than c7? coz i see no difference in the 12mp camera. NO OFFENCE to n8. just to ask

this handset has got more inbuilt phone memory other than any other mobile,,then download and upload speed very good,,,
so it is useful for cus who are using 3g services,

I saw an article that used the term rather loosely and does not include certain countries with significant populations when quoting stats.

I have came to know that the Changing the equalizer settings on Nokia N8 is not possible which seems to be main drawback in this phone for the music lover who likes to hear the music on their phone devices. I think Nokia must have considered this issue seriously which may gets solved in the nest update of this phone's firmware. I have just bought a new Nokia N8 phone and I was searching an Equalizer for this phone so that I manually setup the sound quality of Music Player. Is there anybody who can provide me an equalizer for this phone? And It would be better if you guys suggest me some music application as well which can beat up the music player of Nokia while considering the sound quality.

ha-ha really badly need that option of modifiable equalizer settings............ guys are you sure it will get rectified im feeling to sell it out ,,,,,,,,,,same happened with e63 they updated firmware can be modifiable equalizer setting

i WAS ABOUT TO BUY THE sAMSUNG wave IT IS A GREAT hs BUT i saw the N8 which was simply great I admit UI is same as it was but i guess people are used to it and so that stays same again no point cribbing now cuz it will not change anyways
i liked the features seriously all of them i think it is a statement of its own
i agree Wave has a better display it is very pleaseing to stare at the vdos on it but honestly i find the HS at par with N8
i am not going to compare these devixces as they are in their own league
but if given a choice i would take N8 really handy features i specially prefer Nokia giving unlimited GPS access its really handy Wave is a paid upgrade
Samsung is definately produced some great HS but i would prefer Nokia because of the service i have recd and the quality of HS
there is no denying they are very good not the best certainly due to competition
i will buy the phone shortly and post moer updates
