I am not facing any problem ! I know u r nt lying,there r some issues ! My 1st n8 had restarting problem,i was sad but then I replaced it 4m nokia care and got new,now not a single problem !today got a new update ! So happy !

All those people who's saying bad phone etc etc, i am using this from a month & i found no problem at all...so just go and buy a N8 from priority store.
Who all got the problem, guys in 1000K phones some phones may appears bad.
I dnt found any problem with this phone instead of free good apps & applications in ovi store.
