Anonymous, 26 Nov 2010Is the video rec0rd is fine,even when your in total darkness? any0ne? Reply a.s.a.p.Total darkness??? Y the hell are you in total......nvrmind. If total darkness, no it doesnt record fine cause it doesnt have a video light, but you can always plug in a usb light to illuminate the scene. The n8 works better in low light conditions.

i'm just using nokia n8...after my first charge,then i try the phone...i played music n discover the phone...after an hour, i check the battery...the remaining battery is 70%...why this is happen...it is not same as the specification by nokia corp n gsm arena...please answer me as soon as possible...thank u... :)

0v0, 26 Nov 2010Go for HTC Desire Z. u will not regret Dude, he wants either the n8 or BB Bold, which i believe both are cheaper than desire Z. Not every one can afford a high end android phone you know. And dont you used to support the e7?

Anonymous, 26 Nov 2010I got my new N8 on friday! Had a problem with it on sunday. Gave it back on monday. got new on... morenokia n8 all the way. even if it's compared with blackberry torch 9800 better, nokia n8 is still way better than that phone with services you have to pay first in order to use them. an example would be its maps. :)

im sure u maybe dont have any problem with this phone, but with that low ram and 680 mhz processor, it cannot beat 1 ghz phone and most probably have problem multitasking.

please suggest me an ideal camera setting in nokia n8,
i found some foggy smoke effect whenever the flash is on in automatic scene mode and with default settings.

I hav being using phones with windows mobile lately , mostly because of using the messenger and because of syncing the outlook calendar and contacts .
Can i sync this N8 with outlook and also get the messenger chat on line. PLease feed me back becase im about ready to make a desition.

Nigerian, 26 Nov 2010I've been using this phone for 3 weeks now and I have to say it is simply awesome! Most of the... moreFist of all let me say I am a nokia user for more than 10 years and I was looking forward receiving the N8 model.
I got two phones and for the last 5 days using them both I must say it will be the best phone Nokia has as long as the software and hardware will work.
Some issues listed:
The phone freezes when accessing an SD card via the photo icon, however this does not appear to happen when accessing the same files via the file manager of the phone. BUG on both phones !!!!!
Beeing a Nokia radio broadcaster I was dissapointed that the internet radio option was not working with the phone as it did with the previous models.
Also Ovi Share upload application did not exist.
I believe these are both Nokia products .....:(
both phones freeze while trying to use diffrent application and the software does not allow them to close accept if I reboot the phones.
The phones are found very unstable and NOKIA needs to work on this model before releasing it as a flagship product.
Both phones I have need to be return back for replacment.
Hopefully the phones I receive can prove my case wrong!!

Has anyone here bought an N8 that has stylus in the package? My sister is looking and wants to get the stylus. Having difficulty at poking at something on the browser. She says as if she's dealing with a resistive screen. Not good...

Wasnt too impressed with battery life. Last night I charged with phone off. Turned it on this morning played music, used fm transmitter, took a few photo, used gps, made some calls and after 8hrs the battery meter still said 100%. Did it got bad or was it properly charged this time?

I'm using N8 for about 2 weeks now. Believe me guys, the best phone ever.. I used to change my phone every week. Not anymore. Iphone4 sucks in front of N8. N8 is worth for every penny..
