Also most games run lot worse even on Androids with faster processors. N8 of course has better GPU than most Androids and Symbian is lot more efficient.
Also Android phones tend to slow down over time.

No company for now will release a "perfect phone" 'cause if that happens, there will be no new release, no new model, no income. You can stay in you Iphone if you like it but blame only urself when you're in an emergency call and your phone call just drop and you can't make a call again. Remember the most important function of the phone is for CALLING and next is for short messaging.
A sort of advice, if you have Iphone for entertainment, be sure to have a cheap mobile phone for backup use on an emergency and important call.

and it even has an status indicator on my status bar when i'm using windows7 it just charges slower that's all

Got my N8 about a weeks,my sister gave me one,a brand new shiny orange N8(not my favourit color,but she said i need more color in my life) well at first im a little worried about it low processor but gladly its workin really well,a little laggy yes when open to many apps at same time but overal performance is good,and battery life is better than my galaxy s. So far im happy with this phone,and wait for updates from nokia.

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2010 i downloaded mobile shell from ovi store...its a great UI, but i couldnt buy it...any a... moreSearch on google,or try dotsis.com . But make sure to install apps that specially made for s^3 coz un officialy apps will cause problem to your N8.

I have N8 D grey. When we take songs via bluetooth, how to save that in music player, it does not give option to save songs if taken from bluetooth. How to save it, please reply?????????

i can tell you this
680mhz is realy good for symbian 1ghz is unnessesary
too much juice for nothing
it's fast as it is already
just some transitions need to be fixed up which they are doing now and also working really hard on the new browser
which is coming along really nicely
and and battery optimization and BAM symbian3 is top snuff
